Personally kasi, i believe that a family company can be an all-around winner—provided you learn how to manage the “family” part... tama ba ako? ano sa tingin niyo guys?
For starters kasi, family businesses tend to be patient capitalists... kaya pati family members tend to be patient as well... mas mararamdaman mo yung concern and commitment....
Yung tipong si "papa" ang capitalist.... si ate ang president... si kuya ang naghahandle sa finance... si bunso ang sa operations.... hehehe!

if your family is into business why not. pero kung hindi, mahirap na baka hindi nila maintindihan na business is business, ung black and white ng mga bagay bagay.

That will depend kung gaano din sila ka interested sa Business na gutso mo. Dapat din na kahit ano problema sa negosyo hindi kayo magkakasira ng Family.
