 Post subject: Sulit.com.ph is transferred to a new server and data center |

With the continuous increase of traffic of Sulit.com.ph, we have to make an emergency migration of the system into a new and more powerful server. With this transfer, we have also transferred to a new Data Center which can easily support Sulit.com.ph growth just by adding servers to the system requiring no downtime and minimal effort from us.
Since this is a major transfer, may we request our dear members to help check if everything is setup accordingly. If you find any bugs or inconsistencies with our data, please do not hesitate to report it to us by posting a new topic in our Bug (error) Report Forum.

Update
Advertisements that are posted during the time that a WARNING MESSAGE was displayed regarding the ongoing transfer are either:
1.) Not transferred here in the new server
2.) Has a missing thumbnail image
Please check your ads to ensure that everything is ok. If you find an advertisement or a thumbnail image missing, kindly repost them as we can no longer recover them from the old setup as it will result to more inconsistencies.

Admin, congratulations for the smooth transition.
Nice way of moving from one server to the other!
Everything seems fine! My SC remained the same! I was hoping to have it doubled with the transfer, ha ha ha

If your SC have doubled, then expect twice the cost of the features also 
To all those waiting, we are really sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully, the next upgrade in the future will be smoother since our current setup is already configured for multi-server configuration if needed (no more transfer of the website to another server; just adding new servers when needed).

Softlayer Datacenter is very stable. Good choice Admin! 
Did you get a server Quad processor with 4GB memory?

We are currently using Quad Processor Quad Core (16 CPUs total) with 8 GB of memory. Got $280 monthly discount from Softlayer and the new server was a steal

That was a very good deal! I can see that Sulit is very fast now!
Bdw, what happened to those who registered during the transition? Were they also transferred or they have to sign up again?
