One of the new features introduced here in Sulit.com.ph is Keywords Alert. As a member, you can use this new feature by clicking Manage Keywords Alert link under Member Menu.

What is Keywords Alert?
Keywords Alert is a form of e-mail notification message that will be automatically sent to your registered e-mail address whenever new ads are posted within your keywords (search) criteria. Creating a new keywords alert is like searching for ads using the advanced search form. You can set the frequency when the system will automatically search for your keywords criteria and send you a notification if new ads are found. Ads are considered as "new" if posted within the duration set by the frequency (e.g. if the frequency is 2 days, ads are considered "new" if posted within the last 2 days).

Advantage for Buyers
If you are looking to buy an item, you can create a new Keywords Alert for the specific item that you are looking for so that you will be notified whenever a new advertisement is posted for that item. Therefore, you won't miss any good deals posted even you are not regularly visiting Sulit.com.ph

Advantage for Sellers
You can set a new Keywords Alert specific to the items that you are selling. (1) It is possible that a buyer will post a wanted to buy advertisement for the item that you are selling and you can offer your item right-away. (2) You will be notified if another seller posted the same item so that you can check what the competition is doing and you can update your advertisement to remain competitive in the market.

Worried that your ads are being copied by competitors?
Then set a keywords alert using a phrase unique in your advertisement and then set search type as "exact phrase match" so that you will be notified for possible copying of your posted ads.
