We are happy to announce the official release of Sulit.com.ph version 1.8.5 with the following exciting new features and updates:
- Advertisement Owner can now moderate messages posts in his ads. More details here: http://www.sulit.com.ph/forum/viewtopic.php?t=24140
- Add SSL Login (secured login option when using public connections)
- Added Browsing History feature. With this new feature, your browser is going to remember the last advertisements viewed and last search terms. The 4 recent ads viewed are going to be displayed in the homepage. Also, the 2 recent search terms that you used are going to be displayed in the homepage if there will be any new items posted with those search terms. To view the complete list, you can check the Browsing History link at the upper-right of the screen
- Added price range in filter (for filtering displayed ads in the list)
- Updated "Remove All Filters" functionality by displaying the default filter values for clarity
- Highlighted filter fields that are currently active
- Hide filter box by default in search result list
- Price is now displayed at the upper-right of each advertisement in ads listings for easy reference
- Search now defaults to "ALL WORDS" (it was set to "ANY WORDS" before)
- Added Most Searched tab (most search queries coming from search engines)
- Added Category-specific Filters in Search
- Updated Image Zoom functionality
- Updated Input Parse for more security from malicious codes
- Complete change of our E-mail Sender for performance and minimize busy server occurrences
- Updated E-mail subjects with relevant titles
- Updated our WYSIWYG editor
- Added buddies management feature
- Added Boxed Ads widget for ads promotion to other websites
- Feedback system updated requiring existing advertisement (require advertisement ID) as reference for the transaction
- Reorganized elements in the advertisement page
- Added ability to advertisement owners to change the expiration date of ads during edit/update
- Updated Expiration and Repost options to display fewer items (easier to use)
- Ads Cart content can now persist in multiple browsing session. You can now add items to Ads Cart and it will be available in your browser as long as you do not delete it from your Ads Cart or delete your browser cookies
- Improved detection of duplicate accounts
- Fixed CAPTCHA (turing code) bug in Contact Us form of customized member pages
- Added specific message when trying to access pages of inactive or suspended members
- Updated displayed pages during DB backup, DB optimization, Server Busy and Emergency Maintenance with auto-reload which will reload the page automatically when the page is ready to be served
- Optimized the display of classified ads and update of classified ads views for better performance
- Search keywords highlight color are changed to minimize distraction when viewing resulting pages
