RJ is the primary person responsible for Sulit.com.ph. Without him and his really big and engaging ideas, Sulit will not exist. Well, it will probably, but not as cool and tech-savvy as how it is now.

As the "big boss" of the company, RJ leads and manages the direction of where Sulit is heading. On a typical day, he spends the entire morning reading and answering emails, does work with other team members in the afternoon, and starts the "real work" during the evening. And by real work, he means coding and making those potential ideas work in real life.

At the age of 30, RJ is undoubtedly proud to have created the leading buy and sell website and leading local website in the Philippines. He affirms, "Sulit.com.ph can make a big difference for a lot of people. It is a unique opportunity to innovate and help a lot of people as its byproduct."

• RJ is your typical campus nerd. He cuts classes, but still manages to get good excellent grades.
• No, he is not an IT or computer science graduate. He finished BS Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Philippines, Diliman in 2001.

Aside from being the wife and inspiration of RJ, Arianne is the head of operations of Sulit.com.ph. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, including assisting the Managing Director in leading and managing the company according to the business strategic plans.

As a computer science graduate, Arianne has always worked for IT companies where she had further developed her technical skills. However, being the perky and cheerful person that she always has been, she is more into the graphical side of the website and the business side of the company.

Quick fact: Do you know that when she was younger, Arianne wanted to be an Astronaut? Talk about getting out of your comfort zone and conquering the world!

Leading Sulit's Software Engineering team, Bit ensures that the wheels of development keep turning on a daily basis. With Atenean blood running through his veins, Bit was a graduate of Computer Science, but would have tried to double major in Information Design if he had a chance to redo his college life. And this is coming from the guy who crammed and cut classes all the time!

RP belongs to the Bomb Squad and Kung Fu Division of Sulit.com.ph, also known as the Software Engineering team. On a daily basis, he enhances his technical Kung Fu skills and then uses them to throw away the villains that try to attack the website. Like the big boss, RP also is your typical campus nerd, but with a twist. He was once called the "badass genius".

Motto he lives by: Work when you work. Party when you party!

As a graphic designer, Justin's job is to "make everyone's life easier (in terms of the website's user interface). The best thing about his work is that he makes other people realize that that there is always an easier way of doing something. More than being a talented artist, he is an athlete, comedian, and good citizen (according to him).

Random fact: In his past life, he believes he was a person. In his next life, he's pretty sure that he'll still be a person, just a better one.

Eric is another Technical Ninja who spends his typical day by coding, coding, and doing more coding. According to him, he chooses to work at Sulit because he gets to work with great people, face challenging tasks, and learn a lot of new things. His hobbies include travelling, playing badminton, and – like everyone else’s – eating.

Sarah likes her boss' brains (no, she is not a zombie!). As a PHP ninja who creates web and mobile applications, she appreciates that there is always something new to learn at Sulit.com.ph. Her typical day consists of: coffee, code, lunch, code, snack, code, and more code.

In class, she was the: campus nerd.

Micael is a well renowned social researcher (secret admirer/stalker) in his circle of friends. He was introduced to the the trade when he worked on a large online community for kids as a moderator and had to do routine background checks on trolls and hooligans. Barney Stinson from How I Met Your Mother is his mentor and idol. He formulated the theory of infinite crushables that has, since then, impacted many lives. He has never had a girlfriend and we now understand why.

He spends his time reading books, watching musical theater, studying Theology, and drinking wine - alone. Hug him when you see him on the MRT/LRT.

Gerdan is the man behind the creative banner ads you see across the Sulit website. For 7 years now, he has been working as a graphic designer from various industries, only to eventually realize that Sulit is way better than all of his former companies. A band member in campus, his talents include drawing and playing the guitar.

In charge of many clandestine operations, Ron manages the server infrastructure of Sulit.com.ph. Working for different local and international IT companies since 1993, he is very well experienced in resolving problems related to security, deployment, and hardware issues. With how technical this guy is, you would never expect that he actually dreamt of being a doctor when he was younger.

Jessie Boy, as what he is called in the office, is the all-around hardware and network guy at Sulit.com.ph. He loves what he does because it does not require a lot of physical effort; instead, it further develops his logical thinking (and makes him awake all the time!) Your typical law-abiding citizen, Jessie spends 20 minutes in the morning for coffee, breakfast, and grooming; one hour for lunch during noon; and then the rest of the day working. Don't we all? :P

In 5 years, he sees himself: Bar hopping around the world.

MeAnne is the head of the BSAM team of Sulit.com.ph. In other words, she is responsible of coming up with innovative ways of duping people to burn money in the spirit of patriotism. (Nosebleed?) On a typical day, she read things that don't matter and then do reports about these things and say that they actually matter. Her ultimate goal is to cross the finish line, wherever it is.

Talent: Do you really want to know?
Relationship status: Now, cut the cheesiness!

Nobody knows why and how, but Jean (not Jen or Jenny) is how she's being called. Belonging to the talented BSAM team, Jean's role is to bring in the money (or, in her case, Sulit Gold) to the company. And she does this, how? Simple. Eat, pray, and love. In college, she was very active in sports and extra-curricular activities, yet managed to consistently be a part of the Dean's List. Watch out for her soon-to-rise billboard along EDSA!

Talent: Sing Zombie by Cranberries non-stop
Skill: Can gobble a whole burger in 5 minutes (and still have room for dessert)!

Always trying to do his tasks objectively and creatively, Justin’s ultimate goal is to “paint the town Sulit”. A graduate of Communication Arts, Justin is excellent in expressing his opinions and dealing with other people. His hobbies include ultimate Frisbee and gymnastics. And as a skill, he has an outstanding eye for fashion.

Super power: Faith in Jesus Christ

Doing fieldwork most of the time, Archie is involved in personally communicating with clients and customers for SulitCars. Has worked for sales in the automotive industry for 15 years, he is very much suited for the job he does in Sulit. He considers riding motorcycles as his hobby, talent, special skill, and super power.

You can call her Ava or Nikki, and she will respond to both. As an SEO specialist, Ava takes care of off-page search engine optimization tactics for Sulit. On a typical day, she manages the Sulit Facebook and Twitter pages and builds links for the website. During her free time, she loves going out of town, sound tripping, singing, and poem writing.

She always wanted to be a: Veterinarian

Although he is called Art in the office, he prefers to be called Artie. As a Jr. Marketing Officer, he makes sure that Sulit.com.ph joins the hippest and hottest events and expos in town. In a typical day, he takes multivitamins, drinks hot chocolate, and then starts talking to event partners. Although he is a gradute of Marketing and Advertising from DLSU, he wanted to take up Conservatory of Music, as well.

Rey is InevitableDemise. If you don't know him, you haven't been in Sulit.com.ph for too long. He monitors and administers the entire website through direct member interaction. On a typical day, he sits in front of his computer to respond to inquiries, facilitate requests from other departments, do quality assurance testing, and monitor the website.

Super power: Hulk smash
Relationship status: I don't even know what's going on!

If you have tried calling the SG support contact number, you must have already talked to Julie. Although she handles and processes reports submitted by members, she also answers inquiries and concerns of members over the phone. In spite of some unfriendly customer concerns, she loves her job because of flexibility, no paper works, freedom, and dynamism. And she thinks her boss rocks, too.

Special skill: Typing a text message without looking at the keypad
Thought she lives by: Enjoy life to the fullest!

Joshua is the voice of Sulit.com.ph. Have you tried watching the instructional videos of Sulit? Hear the voice? Yes, that's Joshua. As a product officer, he handles products and features, from conceptualization to roll-out and beyond. Though he admits that he used to cut classes in school, he seems to be working perfectly fine in the office.

Hobbies: Airsoft and billiards

More commonly known as BENGs in the Sulit community, Alvin handles and processes report from members. Typically, he spends his day in the office by: working, smoking, working, eating lunch, working, smoking, working some more. As a student, he used to go to school without a pen, notebook, homework, and even project. As an employee, he still goes to the office without bringing anything with him, but manages to last the day.

Hobbies: Online games
Talent: Playing online games for 20 hours straight

On a typical day, Jovi also processes reports sent by members over the support ticket. What she likes most about Sulit.com.ph is that she gets to learn and discover new things. The family-oriented environment also adds points. If she were not into IT and computer-related stuffs, she would have been culinary enthusiast.

Special skill: Stalking (beware!)

Because she wanted growth and improvement in her life, Enna (as her colleagues and clients call her), joined the Sulit team as a Sales Specialist whose daily tasks include calls, calls, and more calls. Once a campus crush in school, Enna originally wanted to become a nurse. Being a religious person, she would start her day by sharing Bible verses to her friends.

Having a strong convincing skill, Jervey also makes calls to clients and sellers on a daily basis. According to him, he joined the Sulit.com.ph team because "Sulit is the way to make life easier." Now, that's what we call persuasion! An active athlete in campus, Jervey likes to play basketball and other sports.

One of the things Jack loves in the workplace is her co-team members. As a hardworking sales person, she believes that Sulit.com.ph can give her big opportunities that will shape her life and future. Although she is a Nursing graduate, she always wanted to work in an office or bank.

Favorite food: Pasta, Pizza, and anything Italian

Ate Neds, as her colleagues call her, is in charge of many administrative tasks in the office. What she likes most about Sulit is the family-like atmosphere present in the workplace. For her, being in the Sulit office is not really a "job", but more of a "fun time". Considered as the joker in the group, expect her to break the ice when everybody seems so serious and focused with work.

Prefers to be called Nyanya, Neillen belongs to the Finance group of the company. One of the many perks that she loves in Sulit is the unlimited supply of coffee. Like most of the team members of Sulit, Neillen has also been a consistent honor student (and teacher's pet) while in school. She had always wanted to be a nurse, but turned out to be an accountant.

Although BJ is his nickname at home, everyone prefers to call him Billy in the office. He used to do on-the-job training at Sulit, until he got absorbed to become a trainee (or some kiddingly calls it “Regular OJT”). Although he works on the more serious stuffs internally, he is the ice breaker inside the workplace most of the time. Try listening to his voice, and you will know why!
