• What is Sulit Shop?

  Sulit Shop is your personal online store at Sulit.com.ph.
  
  If you have a business and you plan to create an online presence, then Your Sulit Shop is your best bet! Your Sulit Shop will serve as your official website for your business, products, or services – especially if you have no knowledge in building a website, choosing a domain name, and paying for a hosting fee!
  
  Creating your own Sulit Shop is easy and free. Plus, you get to choose your own subdomain name, so that when you advertise your own Sulit Shop, its URL is: http://<username>.sulit.com.ph.

• How can you have a personal Sulit Shop?

  Once you sign up at Sulit.com.ph for a member account, you automatically get your own Sulit Shop. Be reminded that the username you will sign up for will be the subdomain name of your Sulit Shop.

  For example, if you choose the username SulitMember2010, your Sulit Shop URL will be http://SulitMember2010.sulit.com.ph.

• Do you need to create and manage your Sulit Shop?

  Yes, we advise that you build your own Sulit Shop to establish an online presence for your business. Moreover, you may fully customize and manage it to have full control of your profile as a buyer or seller at the site. The more information you include on your online shop, the more credible you will appear to your potential business partners.
  
  When you customize your Sulit Shop, you can include a welcome message, post a short description about your business, upload images, include a contact us page, and add contents that is essential to advertising your business.

• How to get started with Sulit Shop?

  To get started with Sulit Shop, follow these steps:

  1. While signed in, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, then click Your Sulit Shop.
  2. On your Member Homepage, click Customize Homepage.
  3. By default, your Sulit Shop has no pages yet. Create the first page by clicking Add New Page.
  4. Fill out the Add Page form by entering a page title, display text, and related keywords. As for the layout, you may choose between left column and right column navigation. Or you may use an existing template that is already set for your Sulit Shop such as About Us, Contact Us, Advertisement List, or others.
  5. To ensure that your new created page will be displayed, check the Active (Display)? check box.
  6. Once you’re done, click Submit.

  Congratulations! You have just created the first page of your Sulit Shop.

• How to add a new page?
  1. While signed in, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, then click Your Sulit Shop.
  2. On your Member Homepage, click Customize Homepage.
  3. Click Add New Page.
  4. Fill out the Add Page form by entering a page title, display text, and related keywords. As for the layout, you may choose between left column and right column navigation. Or you may use an existing template that is already set for your Sulit Shop such as About Us, Contact Us, Advertisement List, or others.
  5. To ensure that your new created page will be displayed, check the Active (Display)? check box.
  6. Once you’re done, click Submit.

  Congratulations! You’ve just created another page for your Sulit Shop.

• How to manage page contents?
  1. While signed in, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, then click Your Sulit Shop.
  2. On your Member Homepage, click Customize Homepage.
  3. The list of your Sulit Shop pages will then be displayed. Choose a page that you’d like to edit the contents of. Click Manage Content to get started.
  4. By clicking Add Content, you will be asked to select which page content you’d like to add on a particular Sulit Shop page.
  5. Select the type of content that you would like to be added on your page from the list.
  6. Fill up the form and click Submit when you’re done.  You can add another content type to your page by repeating steps 3 to 6.
  7. Changes on your Sulit Shop page contents will automatically be displayed after submitting.

• How to reorder page contents?
  1. On your actual Sulit Shop page, mouse over Manage This Page, then click Reorder Content.
  2. Select an item from the list and click move up or move down to change the position of the selected item. Click Reorder once done.
  3. Changes on your Sulit Shop page contents will automatically be displayed after submitting.

• How to edit or update page contents?
  1. While signed in, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, then click Your Sulit Shop.
  2. On your Member Homepage, click Customize Homepage.
  3. The list of your Sulit Shop pages will then be displayed. Choose a page that you’d like to edit or update. Click Edit to get started.
  4. Make changes to the form and click Submit once done.
  5. Changes on your Sulit Shop page contents will automatically be displayed after submitting.

• How to reorder pages?
  1. While signed in, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, then click Your Sulit Shop.
  2. On your Member Homepage, click Customize Homepage.
  3. Click Reorder Pages beside Add New Page.
  4. Select an item from the list and click move up or move down to change the position of the selected item. Click Reorder once done.

  Note that the first page in the list will automatically become the default page.

• How to delete a page on your Sulit Shop?
  1. While signed in, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, then click Your Sulit Shop.
  2. On your Member Homepage, click Customize Homepage.
  3. The list of your Sulit Shop pages will then be displayed. Choose a page that you’d like to remove, then click Delete. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your action.
  4. Click OK to confirm.

• Submit your Sulit Shop website to Google for additional exposure.

  Submitting your website to Google can result to additional exposure to your pages and advertisements as majority of the traffic of Sulit.com.ph is coming from search engines, particularly from Google. This process will use an automated feature here on the website and it will require that you have your own Google Account.  Register a Google Account here if you do not have one.
  
  To submit your website to Google, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the website submission page.
  2. Click on the Click Here to Submit Your Website link.
  3. If the Google log-in page is displayed, sign in to your Google Account.
  4. Click Grant Access button to allow Sulit.com.ph to automatically submit your website to Google.

  Wait for the submission process to finish and you will be redirected to the Google Webmaster Tools Dashboard with your website listed, verified and with 1 sitemap.
