• What is Paid listing?
  Paid listing allows you to place your advertisement at the very top of related Ads Listing pages together with all other paid listing ads. This inexpensive premium advertising gives your advertisements tons of added exposure which will mean more sales.

• More details about Paid Listing
  1. Paid Listing Ads are being displayed first before other non-paid listing advertisements (higher exposure) in related Ads Listing pages.
  2. Ads included in Paid Listing are being displayed in random ranking.
  3. You are allowed to purchase any number of Paid Listing slots for your advertisement. The more slots purchased, the higher the probability that your advertisement is displayed at the top of Ads Listing pages.  You are allowed to purchase more slots for the same advertisement even you have already purchased before.  The new purchase will increase the exposure of your advertisement and the new purchased slots will have separate expiration from the other purchased slots.
  4. Your advertisement will be displayed at the top of all related Ads Listing Pages. For example, if your advertisement is posted in Air Conditioning / Heating, then it will be displayed at the top for the following related Ads Listing pages: All Categories, Buy and Sell, Appliances and Air Conditioning / Heating
  5. The process of adding your advertisement in Paid Listing is the same as Feature, Priority, Expose and Highlight but you will need to pay for the service instead of using Sulit Currencies (SC). This is highly recommended for those who do not have much SC but still wanted to expose their ads in Sulit.com.ph.
  6. 1 Paid Listing Slot is available at the top of search results list. Your advertisement can be displayed in this slot if your advertisement is part of the normal search result list (using the related search keywords and filters). So if your advertisement is about iPhones and someone searched for "iphone" then your advertisement can be the first item in the list (probability of being displayed also depends on the numbe of slots purchased)

• How to add your advertisement in Paid Listing?
  Procedure to add your advertisement to Paid Listing
  

  1. Visit Manage Classified Ads under Member Menu page while you are logged in.
  2. Click Paid link of the corresponding advertisement you wanted to add
  3. Select the Duration and Slots to purchase (take note the corresponding price)
  4. Submit the page. Details on how to pay for the listing is displayed. You can also view the details by clicking View Paid Items under Member Menu
  5. Click your preferred payment option in the available list (as displayed on the Pending Payment Details page) and you will get the procedure on how to proceed with the payment using the option that you selected.  Pay for the listing by following the selected payment option.
  6. After payment, send the information as indicated in the Pending Payment Details page. Wait for our confirmation and you will receive an e-mail once your advertisement is included in Paid Listing.
  7. Enjoy the exposure that you will surely get!

• What is the minimum purchase requirement?
  Minimum total of Php 250 is REQUIRED for each payment.  This is applicable for both single and multiple ads purchase (e.g. 4 ads for Php 70 each for a total of Php 280).

• What are the payment options available?

• What do you mean by duration and slots?
  Duration is the length of time when your advertisement is included in our paid listing.  It means that your advertisement will be displayed in the related Ads Listing pages within the allotted duration.  This duration will start on the time that we received and verified your payment.  For example, you purchased 1 month inclusion which you paid yesterday and your payment was verified today. Then your advertisement will be included in our paid listing for 1 month starting today.
  
  Slots are equivalent to the amount of exposure that your advertisement will get.  For example, if you purchased 5 slots, it means that your advertisement will get 5 times the exposure that you will get if you buy only 1 slot.  Slots also define the probability that your advertisement will be ranked higher and displayed at the top of all paid listing ads.  If there are a total of 100 slots and you purchased 20 slots for your advertisement, then your advertisement will have 20/100 or 20% probability to be displayed in the top of related Ads Listing pages.  Therefore, the more slots that you purchased, the more exposure that you will get (higher ranking of your ads).

• How are paid listing ads ranked in category listings?
  Paid listing ads are ranked randomly with the ads with more number of slots having increased probability to be ranked higher in the listing.  It means that paid listing ads with 50 slots have 5 times more probability to be at the top than paid listing ads with 10 slots.

• How are paid listing ads displayed in Search Result Listings?
  1 Paid Listing advertisement is being displayed at the top of search result listings.  The paid listing advertisement displayed depends on the following:
  

  • Relevance of the paid listing advertisement with the search keywords (Required)
  • The number of slots purchased

  
  Therefore, the higher the relevance of the paid listing advertisement to the search keywords and the more slots purchased, the higher is the probability that the paid listing advertisement is to be displayed at the top of search result listings.

• Will the item remain pending until payment is received?
  Yes or until the pending payment deadline is reached in which case the item will be automatically removed by the system. You can also cancel the pending paid listing any time.

• Why are payments being paid to Netrepreneur Connections Enterprises, Inc.?
  Sulit.com.ph operation as a legal business entity is under Netrepreneur Connections Enterprises, Inc.

• Why is my paid listing advertisement become an ordinary advertisement after I edited it?
  When an advertisement is edited, it is once again being re-indexed by our internal search engine and the re-indexing result for its paid listing ranking to be reset to zero. After that, our paid listing indexer will re-index all paid listing ads to established its paid listing ranking.  This process requires an average of 5 minutes so expect your advertisement to become ordinary for 5 minutes after editing before it will be placed at the paid listing section again.

• I prioritized my advertisement that is also included in paid listing. Why is it not being displayed under priority ads?
  Our system will only display an advertisement once in a category.  Therefore, when an advertisement is both in paid listing and prioritized, the highest ranking will be followed which is paid listing.  It is therefore not recommended to prioritize an advertisement when it is already in paid listing.

• Terms and Conditions
  Sulit.com.ph reserves the right:
  

  1. To accept and/or reject advertisements according to the policies set in these terms and conditions.
  2. To not be bound by any condition appearing in any material that will be in conflict with these terms and conditions.
  3. To not be responsible for advertising errors caused by details provided by the advertisers with wrong specifications.
  4. To reject ads that is in violation of Sulit.com.ph Rules and Policies or those that may not be morally acceptable as decided by Sulit.com.ph.
  5. To discontinue advertisements which have already been added in our paid listing section and later found to be in violation of these terms and conditions. The advertiser will receive the corresponding refund equivalent to the remaining days of the paid listing.
  6. To forfeit any payments beyond the allowable duration as provided in our forms.
  7. To charge a processing fee of Php 250 for refunds related to violations of these terms and conditions.
