(FAQ) Problems in receiving e-mails from Sulit.com.ph?

  • Check your e-mail settings in your Profile
    1. Click Update Profile under Member Menu while you are logged in.
    2. Go to the Email Settings section and check that the e-mails you wanted to receive are configured correctly.
  • E-mail settings are correct but I am NOT receiving any e-mail
    There is a possibility that Sulit.com.ph e-mails are either being bounced (deferred) by your e-mail client or being sent to your Spam or Bulk folder.

    For YAHOO e-mail users
    1. Click Spam menu item at the left column in Yahoo Mail.
    2. Look for any of Sulit.com.ph e-mails in your Spam folder.
    3. If you find one, select the email to display it.
    4. Then click Not Spam menu item at the top to inform Yahoo that our email must not be delivered in your spam folder.
    5. Add our email address to your Contacts. Either click Add menu link at the right of Contacts menu item at the left column OR display one of our e-mails and click Add link beside our e-mail address.
  • E-mail Bounced
    When an e-mail sent to your registered e-mail address bounced, the system will temporarily suspend sending of e-mails to your e-mail address.

    Bouncing e-mails can be due to the following:
    • mailbox full
    • e-mail account deactivated
    • e-mail account suspended
    • e-mail domain inaccessible
    • e-mail server with technical problems
    • e-mail requiring verification

    Check your e-mail account for problems and fix any issue that you discover.

    If e-mail sending has been suspended for your account, a notification will be displayed in your member dashboard.  In order to remove the suspension, you have to click the link saying Click here to continue sending e-mail to your registered e-mail address.
  • Any recommended free e-mail service without bouncing problems?
    We highly recommend using GMAIL http://www.gmail.com
