  • How will you use Sulit Gold for SG features?

    To take advantage of SG features for your advertisement using Sulit Gold, follow these steps:

    1.) While signed in, click Manage Ads.


    2.) On Your Classified Ads page, select an advertisement which you wanted to apply exposure to. Click the Boost Using SG button at the bottom of the said advertisement:


    3.) You will be redirected to the Sulit Gold Packages and Features page from where you will be able to choose which ones to use in promoting your advertisements.

    • Option A: Sulit Gold Packages
      1. Choose from the 3 packages available.
      2. Then click Purchase Now after choosing which package you wanted to avail.
    • Option B: Create your Own Package
      1. Click the Create your Own Package Tab then click Sulit Gold Features.
      2. Choose which SG feature you would like to take advantage of and identify their Duration and Times Exposure using their corresponding dropdown menu.
      3. Make sure that you have enough Sulit Gold on your account whenever you are going to avail any of the Sulit Gold Features and Packages.  If the amount of SG on your account is not enough, all your chosen SG features will automatically saved on your Pending SG Features list.
      4. Make sure that you have Read and have Agreed to our Sulit Gold Terms and Conditions by ticking the check box before submitting the form.
      5. As an exntended option, if you are still not sure that you have made all the correct choices of features and everything, you can save your current choices first without purchasing by clicking the Save for Later button.  All features which you have saved will also be available and viewable on the Pending SG Features list.
      6. After reviewing everything on the form making sure that all info is correct and that you have chosen the correct features, click the Submit button.
  • How will I know my advertisements' ranking?

    Use Search Ranking Analysis.  You can access this page in 2 ways:

    1. From the "Manage Ads"page.
    2. From the "Actual View"of your posted ad.

    While on this page, the system will show you exact points on whcih you can improve the ranking of your posted advertisement.

    A Failed mark will be shown per section of your advertisement which has incorrect and/or insufficient data on them.

    To achieve a higher ranking, edit the parts where your advertisement have failed.  Also, follow the system recommendation.

  • If your advertisement falls under the For Adults Only category, will you be able to avail SC and/or SG features for your ad?

    No.  All advertisements under the For Adults Only category will not be able to expose their ads using Sulit Currency or Sulit Gold.

  • How much is Sulit Gold?

    1 SG = Php 1.00

  • How can you buy Sulit Gold (SG)?

    To purchase Sulit Gold, follow these steps:

    1. While signed in, mouse over Manage SG on top of the page, then click Buy SG.
    2. Specify the Amount of SG to buy, agree to the terms and conditions, and click Buy SG.
    3. You will then be redirected to our Sulit Gold Payment Module.
    4. In the Sulit Gold Payment Module, click your preferred payment option from the list to get the procedure on how to proceed with payment.  CLICK HERE to view the list of all accepted payment options for Sulit Gold.
    5. If you will be using 1 of the REAL TIME payment options, after clicking on your preferred one, make sure to follow all the instructions that is displayed on your screen (Sulit Gold crediting for this type of option is also real time so you should receive your Sulit Gold on your member account just right after your payment clears).
    6. However, if you will be using 1 of the AUTOMATED payment options, click on your choice of payment option and make sure that you secure the data which you would be shown after.
    7. These essential data will be the ones you have to use in paying for your Sulit Gold.  You have the following options:
      • Send these info to your registered email address.
      • Save these info on your machine enclosed in a text file.
      • Print these info if you have a printer connected to your machine.
    8. Below is a sample of the mentioned essential data using the BDO payment gateway:
    9. Pay for the pending Sulit Gold (SG) by following the procedure for the selected payment option.
    10. After payment, send the payment details by filling up the corresponding form which is also available in the Sulit Gold Payment Module (follow this step if you have used the MANUAL payment option which is paying through Metrobank).
    11. If you have used any of the AUTOMATED payment options, just read item #12 below.
    12. Wait for our confirmation and you will receive an email notification once your payment has been successfully processed.
    13. Once confirmed and received on your member account, you can now use your Sulit Gold (SG) for the features and services of Sulit.com.ph!
  • How will you know if your SG request has already been processed?

    You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as we have processed your payment for Sulit Gold.

  • What are the payment options available in purchasing SG?

    You can pay through any of the following payment options:

  • Why are payments being paid to Netrepreneur Connections Enterprises, Inc.?

    Sulit.com.ph operation, as a legal business entity, is under Netrepreneur Connections Enterprises, Inc.

  • How will you know how much Sulit Gold (SG) you currently have?

    To check how much SG you have, go to Your Sulit Gold page or Member Dashboard page while you are signed in.

  • What is the minimum purchase requirement for Sulit Gold?

    When purchasing Sulit Gold, a minimum amount of Php 100 is required per payment transaction.

  • Is there A Limit to How Much Sulit Gold I can Purchase?

    None.  You can purchase Sulit Gold continuously without limitations.

    The only limitation that we have on Sulit Gold purchases is the one applied where you use your Credit Card as your payment option:

    • PHP 10,000 limit for Credit Card purchases for Non-Sulit Check members per month
    • PHP 50,000 limit for Credit Card purchases for members with Name and Address Sulit Check badges

    Be reminded that purchasing Sulit Gold using other payment options aside from the Credit Card option would still be accepted without limitations.

  • How can you use the given promo code?

    Make sure to enter your acquired "Promo Code" on the promo code field before your click “Submit”. The discounted amount will appear on the Payment Module page when you entered the correct given promo code.

    Promo codes can be announced through Forum or Private Message, or you can also retrieve it from any of our telemarketers for first time SG buyers.

  • How do you submit payment details? Do you need to email or fax the details?

    There's no need to email or fax the payment details to Sulit.com.ph. All you need to do is accomplish STEP 5 of the process posted above by clicking on the chosen payment method, place all the needed payment details, then click SUBMIT.

    Please note that if you don't finish this step, we will not be notified of your pending payment, and thus, we cannot process your pending Sulit Gold transaction.

    Note: For automated payments, there is no need to submit anything.

  • How long will it take before your payment gets processed?

    For payments requiring processing (non-automated), pending Sulit Gold payment will be processed within 48 hours (2 business days) from submission, except on weekends and holidays.

    • For REAL-TIMESulit Gold credits, use these payment options:
      1. Paypal
      2. Gcash
      3. Level-up
      4. BancNet
      5. Credit Card
    •  Automated  options such as BDO, LBC, Unionbank, BPI and Cebuana Lhuillier payments are processed within one(1) business day.
    • For the Non-Automated option, Metrobank payments are processed within two(2) business days.

    NOTE: Weekends and Holidays are not counted as BUSINESS DAYS.  Sulit.com.ph business days are from Monday-Friday only.

  • You've submitted your payment days ago. How come your payment is still pending?

    Please confirm first if you were able to accomplish STEP 5 of the process above. Non-submission of payment details will not prompt us of your pending payment.

    If payment details were submitted on weekends, this will be processed on Monday of the following week. Our processing hours are from Mondays to Fridays at 9am – 6pm, except holidays.

  • What happens when the payment you deposited/sent is higher than your actual pending payment for Sulit Gold?

    Additional Sulit Gold will be credited to your account equivalent to the excess payment made. For example, you bought 500 SG and accidentally paid Php 550.00. Rather than giving you just 500 SG, we will credit 550 SG to your account in lieu of your balance.

    Please note, however, that you need to inform Sulit.com.ph about your excess payment. You may do this by calling our hotline or submitting a support ticket.

  • Does your Sulit Gold expire?

    Sulit Gold has no expiration. However, be advised that Sulit Gold is considered as forfeited for any user account that has been suspended because of violations of Sulit.com.ph Rules and Policies.

  • Sulit Gold Terms and Conditions

    Sulit.com.ph reserves the right:

    1. To reject advertisements that violate Sulit.com.ph Rules and Policies and / or those that may not be morally acceptable as decided by Sulit.com.ph.
    2. To reject advertisements that give reference to any illegal material and / or activity.
    3. To strictly prohibit the promotion of counterfeit goods.
    4. To not be bound by any condition appearing in any material that will be in conflict with these terms and conditions.
    5. To hold no responsibility from advertising errors and / or wrong details provided by members/advertisers.
    6. To accept and / or reject advertisements according to the policies set in these terms and conditions.
    7. To discontinue advertisements which have already been promoted using Sulit Gold (SG) and later found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
    8. To forfeit any payment for unused Sulit Gold (SG) for a suspended account due to violation of Sulit.com.ph’s Rules and Policies.
    9. To give no refund for any violation of these terms and conditions.
