• Where can you see the Sulit.com.ph Community Forum?

  In every page on the website, there is a blue menu bar on top. Click Forum to be able to access the Sulit.com.ph Community Forum.

• How to post a new topic?

  You have to sign in to the site to be able to post a new topic. Here's how:

  1. On the Community Forum page, click Post New Topic located on the upper left side.
  2. From the Category List, choose in which category would you post your new topic.
  3. Enter your subject and forum message on their corresponding fields.
  4. If you wish to insert emoticons, images, or even a poll, you may do so by clicking the corresponding links below the Advanced Editor.
  5. Click Submit once you’re done.

• How to post a reply to a new topic?

  You have to sign in to the site to be able to reply to a forum topic. There are 3 ways you can do this:

  OPTION 1: Normal Reply

  1. In the actual forum thread page, click Reply to this Topic that is located both at the top and bottom of the thread.
  2. The Advanced Editor will be displayed, allowing you to enter your message reply. Click Submit once you’re done.

   

  OPTION 2: Quoting a Message

  1. If you want to quote a previously stated message from the actual forum topic or from a reply, click Quote located below the message that you want to quote.
  2. The Advanced Editor will be displayed, allowing you to enter your message reply. Click Submit once you’re done.

   

  OPTION 3: Using the Quick Reply

  The fastest way to reply to a forum post is using the quick reply form located just below the forum thread. Simply enter your message right away and click Submit once you’re done.

• How to edit a post or topic?

  You have to sign in to the site to be able to reply to edit a forum topic. Here’s how:

  1. Go to your post that you’d like to edit and click Edit just below your forum post.
  2. Make necessary changes to your post and click Submit once you’re done.

• How to keep track of new responses to a certain topic?

  To receive instant notification when new responses are posted to a particular topic that you are interested in, make sure that it is included in your forum bookmarks.

  To do this, follow these steps:

  1. While in the process of posting your response, mark the Add to Bookmark check box right below the Advanced Editor.
  2. You can also choose for the system to add every topic that you make a post on to your list of bookmarked topics by clicking Check by default.
  3. In case you want to remove this automatic adding of bookmarks on your list, all you have to do is click Uncheck by default.

• How to move a topic to a new category?

  You have to sign in to the site to be able to move a forum topic to a new category. Here’s how:

  1. Go to your post that you’d like to move and click Move just below your forum post.
  2. The community forum's category tree will then be displayed.
  3. Select the category where you want to move your topic by clicking the corresponding category name.

• How to lock a topic that you started?

  You have to sign in to the site to be able to lock a forum topic that you started. Here’s how:

  1. Go to your post that you’d like to move and click Lock just below your forum post.
  2. You will then be asked why you want to lock your forum post. Specify your reason and click Submit once you’re done.

• How to save a forum group and easily visit it later?

  To save a forum group that you are interested in, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the page of the particular group that you want to save.
  2. While on the said page, click Add to Your Forum Groups located just below the forum group name.
  3. That group will now be added to the list of groups which you have saved to your Forum Groups list.
  4. To visit any of your saved groups, access Your Saved Forum Groups while you are signed in. Mouse over Member Menu, mouse over Forum, then click Forum Groups.
  5. Select the forum group that you would like to visit.
