  • What is Instant Sulit Gold?

    Instant Sulit Gold is a new SG feature which allows SG buyers to redeem their Sulit Gold right away. This new addition to the list of features enables speedy crediting of Sulit Gold for immediate boost on your ad’s exposure.

  • Who can use Instant Sulit Gold?

    Instant Sulit Gold is available for previous Sulit Gold buyers only. For first time SG buyers, you will be eligible to use Instant SG on your next SG purchase.

  • What payment options are available for Instant Sulit Gold?

    You can use Instant Sulit Gold when you use the following payment options:

    • BDO
    • BPI
    • Metrobank
    • Unionbank
    • LBC

    Take note that Instant Sulit Gold will NOT work when you pay using Paypal, G-Cash or ePoints since these are all automated payment options, meaning SG is automatically credited to your account as soon as payment is confirmed.

  • How Do You Redeem Your Instant Sulit Gold?

    To redeem Instant Sulit Gold,  make sure that you already made a payment request through the Buy Sulit Gold page. You can make a payment request, CLICK HERE!

    Once a transaction has been made, you will receive an Account Notification and a Private Message.

    1. You can access the Redeem Instant SGpage through the following:
      • You can click the Redeem SG link shown in your Notification Jewel.
      • You can also click the Instant Sulit Gold link found in Phil’s Private Message.
    2. You will be redirected to the Instant Sulit Gold Page.On this page, you must complete the following:
      • Select the Payment Channel where you have made your payment transaction.
      • Confirm your agreement with Sulit Gold’s terms and conditions by ticking in the necessary boxes.
      • To complete the redemption of your Instant Sulit Gold, click the Redeem SG button.
    3. That’s it! You have now redeemed your Instant Sulit Gold! A confirmation page will appear indicating that Sulit Gold has been successfully redeemed and credited to your account. You may click the Proceed to the next page button to continue browsing Sulit.com.ph.

     *Please be reminded that payment for redeemed Instant Sulit Gold should be settled within 2 business days from the date a payment request has been made.

  • When will you receive your Instant Sulit Gold?

    As the name suggests, you will receive it in an instant! No need to wait for our system to process your payment. Once you choose to redeem your SG, this will automatically be credited to your account. But first, make sure that you send us your SG request by following the usual process in purchasing Sulit Gold, as well as your payment and its complete details (for BPI and Metrobank).

  • How much Sulit Gold can you redeem using Instant Sulit Gold?

    The retrievable amount of Sulit Gold is up to twice the highest amount of your single SG purchase.

    Scenario 1:

    Your highest single SG purchase is worth Php 500.00.  Your Instant Sulit Gold limit then is Php 1,000.00 (Php 500.00 x 2). You then paid Php 400.00 and decided to retrieve 400 Sulit Gold using Instant Sulit Gold. 400 Sulit Gold will immediately be credited to your account since this is less than your Instant Sulit Gold limit.  Once our system process your payment, your Instant Sulit Gold limit will become Php 2,000.00 (Php 1,000.00 x 2).

    Scenario 2:

    Your highest SG purchase is worth Php 500.00.  Your Instant Sulit Gold limit then is Php 1,000.00 (Php 500.00 x 2). You then paid Php2,000.00 and decided to retrieve 2,000 Sulit Gold. This transaction is not eligible for Instant Sulit Gold because the retrievable Sulit Gold must be less than or equal to Php 1,000.00, based on your Instant Sulit Gold limit.  Once our system process your payment, you will receive 2,000 Sulit Gold in your account, and your Instant Sulit God limi will become Php 4,000.00 (Php 2,000.00 x 2).

    Remember that your limit will always be twice the amount of your highest SG purchase so consequently, every time you purchase an amount higher than your previous one, your Instant Sulit Gold limit will increase.

  • How can you track your highest SG amount purchase?

    You can verify your transactions in your SG logs.

    Member Menu > Sulit Gold (SG) > Sulit Gold (SG) logs

  • What happens if there are promos? How will Instant Sulit Gold work?

    If there are ongoing SG discount promos, we will use your payment as basis of comparison to twice the amount of your highest SG purchase.

    Scenario 1:

    There is an ongoing 50% discount promo for SG. You decided to buy 1,500 Sulit Gold for Php750.00. So far, your highest SG purchase is worth Php500.00 therefore your Instant Sulit Gold limit is Php 1,000.00. 1,500 Sulit Gold can be instantly redeemed since based on the amount paid which is Php750.00, this is less than your Instant SG limit.

    Scenario 2:

    There is an ongoing 50% discount promo for SG. You decided to buy 3,000 Sulit Gold for Php1,500.00. So far, your highest SG purchase is worth Php500.00 therefore your Instant Sulit Gold limit is Php1,000.00. 3,000 Sulit Gold will NOT be credited to your account because the amount you paid, which is Php1,500.00, is higher than your Instant Sulit Gold limit of Php1,000.00.

  • What will happen if your payment is different from the amount of Sulit Gold you redeemed?

    You may send us a support ticket informing us of your complete payment details so we can verify. Once we confirm that there are payment discrepancies, we will give/detract the SG equivalent to your payment.

  • How can I increase my limit for Instant Sulit Gold?

    If you made a purchase that is higher than your Instant SG limit (which is based on twice the amount of your highest SG purchase), then you cannot use the Instant Sulit Gold feature. However, this will automatically increase your limit since this now becomes your new highest amount purchased.

  • You have used so much Sulit Gold already, how come you cannot redeem your Instant Sulit Gold?

    The amount of Sulit Gold you can redeem is always based on twice the highest amount you shelled out for your Sulit Gold. For instance, if you have a total of 10,000 Sulit Gold in your account but your highest purchase is worth Php3,000.00, Php6,000.00 is then the maximum amount you can redeem through Instant Sulit Gold, and not 10,000.

  • Up to when can you pay for your Instant Sulit Gold?

    When redeeming Instant Sulit Gold, the deadline of your payment is only until the 2nd business day from the date of Sulit Gold redemption. For example, you decided to buy Sulit Gold on Monday (January 3, 2011), your payment should be in on or before Wednesday (January 5, 2011). Otherwise, our system will flag your account.

  • What will happen if your account gets flagged?

    The redeemed Sulit Gold will be subtracted from your account until we have verified your payment. Automatically, your account will receive a notification from Sulit.com.ph via e-mail and private message tool. Once you receive this payment notification, we should be able to receive a response from you within 24 hours from the time the notification was sent.

  • What will happen if you don t pay for your Sulit Gold or no response was given after 24 hours?

    Our team will conduct an investigation and once proven that there is no matched payment for the redeemed Instant Sulit Gold, the account will be suspended.

  • How will you know if you re eligible to use Instant Sulit Gold?

     A user is considered eligible if:

    1. You have had 2 or more SG purchases. For first time SG buyers, you can use Instant SG on your next purchase.
    2. The amount you are redeeming is less than or equal to twice the amount of your highest SG purchase.
    3. You don’t have any existing unpaid Instant SG.
    4. You paid through BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Unionbank,or LBC.
