Disclaimer: Sulit.com.ph reserves the right to suspend the membership of Sulit members representing to be licensed real estate service practitioners who are later on verified to be using Professional Regulation Commission (“PRC”) license numbers that are either fake or actually belonging to other licensed real estate service practitioners to whom they are not registered as accredited sales agents. Users agree to be fully aware and responsible of all information they place on the website and not hold Sulit.com.ph responsible for any erroneous or misleading data.
Definition of Terms:
- Sulit Real Estate – Sulit.com.ph’s newest vertical that contains classified ads, forum discussions and other services related to real estate.
- SuRE – also known as Sulit Real Estate
- SuRE Ad Posters - individual users, in the form of broker, salesperson, appraiser or consultant, who registered an account with Sulit.com.ph and who have classified ads under Sulit Real Estate.

- Creating An Account
- All users must register an account with Sulit.com.ph.
- In accordance with R.A. 9646, all SuRE ad posters advertising their listings as licensed real estate service practitioners pursuant to an authority to sell must put their PRC License Number when registering for an account with Sulit.com.ph. All existing SuRE Ad Posters must update their accounts and place their PRC License Number*. Users who are selling their own private property do not need to provide any PRC License Number, unless otherwise they are also selling commercial properties.
- New and existing SuRE ad posters must indicate their full name and post a photo of themselves as their avatar photo.
*All salespersons must place the PRC License Number of the broker they are accredited to.
- Posting An Advertisement
- All non-private Sulit Real Estate sellers must indicate their PRC License Number, except for users who are selling their own private property. (See Sec. 28 of R.A. 9646)
- All photos/fliers illustrating the property must match the look of the final project as approved by the regulatory agency provided by law.
- All sellers who post ads under the Foreclosed Properties section are presumed to be authorized sellers of the bank who owns the property. Presenting of legal documents should be between the seller and the buyer.
- All SuRE ad posters must create one advertisement for every property they are selling. This is in accordance with our One Property per Advertisement policy, which states that all properties, whether situated in the same building or location, must be advertised separately.
