- What is Sulit Check?
Sulit Check is a feature for members that allows you to submit documents to Sulit.com.ph as a proof of the correctness of data indicated in your profile. As a sign that data are submitted and information matched in your profile, Sulit Check badges will be displayed related to your account and advertisements.
- What are the goals of Sulit Check?
Sulit Check can help you, as a seller or service provider, to inform your potential clients that what you have indicated in your profile is correct and you are willing to submit data as proof. This can help increase your reputation and trust value to potential clients. This can also help the overall reputation and trust value of Sulit.com.ph that can result to more clients using our system, and therefore, more potential businesses to all our members.
- What are the benefits of sellers with Sulit Check?
- Sulit Check Badges are to be displayed automatically at the following:
- Member Profile
- Actual Advertisement page
- Advertisement Listings
- Advertisements from sellers with Sulit Check Badges can be filtered by potential buyers who prefer to transact only with trustworthy sellers and service providers.

- What are Sulit Check Points?
Sulit Check Points is the score your profile gets for every member information that you’ll wish to be verified. The perfect Sulit Check score is 130 Sulit Check Points. Thus, the more Sulit Check Points your profile has, the more credible your profile will be to your potential clients.

- Which data on my member profile can be submitted/applied to get Sulit Check Badges?
Currently, there are four(4) available info on your member profile which you can submit to get Sulit Check Badges:
- Name - 30 Sulit Check Points
- Address - 30 Sulit Check Points
- Avatar - 20 Sulit Check Points
- Business Name - 50 Sulit Check Points
You may choose from these four items which you want to apply for a Sulit Check Badge, but Name is always required to be checked.
In addition, you will NOT be allowed to have your "Business Name" verified if your "Address" isn’t verified yet.
- From the time I applied for Sulit Check, until when can I submit the required documents?
- You have 15 days to submit the required documents for your Sulit Check application.
- After this allotted time your application for Sulit Check will be forfeited.
- Is Sulit Check a paid service?
Yes. Each Sulit Check item you chose to be checked have a corresponding cost which is to be paid using Sulit Gold.

- How long will it take before my Sulit Check application gets processed?
Your Sulit Check applications should be processed within 2 Business Days.
- Is this required for all Sulit.com.ph members?
This feature, like other SG features is optional. It is your choice as a member to apply for Sulit Check or not. Membership and usage of Sulit.com.ph is still free.
- What are the requirements to be able to apply for Sulit Check?
The requirements depend on which information you are applying for Sulit Check Badges:
- Name (Upload scanned copy or picture of any of the following)
- Government ID with complete name (i.e SSS, GSIS, Driver's License, PhilHealth, PRC ID, Postal ID, Senior Citizen Card, TIN ID or Passport)
- Proof of billing with complete name (i.e. Telephone, electricity, water, cellphone or cable)
- NBI Clearance
- Address (Upload scanned copy or picture of any of the following)
- Proof of billing with complete address and name (i.e. Telephone, electricity, water, cellphone or cable)
- For members who would like to verify their ADDRESS but the only available proof of billing is named after their wife/husband or parents, they must also attach any valid Government ID of the individual to whom the proof of billing is named after.
- Proof of billing with complete address and name (i.e. Telephone, electricity, water, cellphone or cable)
- Avatar (Upload scanned copy or picture of any of the following)
- Government ID with clear photo (i.e. SSS, GSIS, Driver's License, PhilHealth, PRC ID, Postal ID, Senior Citizen Card, TIN ID or Passport)
- NBI Clearancewith clear photo
- Avatar Requirements - Make sure that the current uploaded avatar on your member profile follows the following requirements:
- Photo pose type should be in full frontal.
- Photograph should be clean and clear.
- Photos with eyeglasses are acceptable provided that there will be no glare from the glasses and the eyes are distinctly shown.
- The use of contact lenses for medical reasons is all right PROVIDED the contact lenses do not change the applicant's true eye color.
- Make sure photo presents full head from top of hair to shoulders.
- Avoid shadows on the face or background.
- You should not wear any kind of hat on your photo.
- Business Name (Upload scanned copy or picture of any of the following)
- SEC Certificate + BIR Certificate
- DTI Certificate
- SEC Certificate + BIR Certificate
- Name (Upload scanned copy or picture of any of the following)
- How can I get these Sulit Check Badges for my Sulit.com.ph account?
To get these Sulit check Badges for your account, you must apply and submit documents.
While signed in, mouse over Member dropdown menu on top of the page, mouse over Profile, then click Sulit Check.

- You may also access the Sulit Check page through your Member Dashboard.
- Proceed with authentication by clicking the Start Sulit Checkbutton.
- Select the member info which you want to be verified.
- Confirm that you have read and agreed with Sulit Gold and Sulit Check’s Terms and Conditions and click ‘Submit’.
- Is there an expiration for these corresponding Sulit Check Badges?
- These Sulit Check Badges are good for 1 year. After 1 year, you will have to re-apply for these badges.
- You will also have to re-apply if ever you opted to change the information in your profile that already has the Sulit Check badge.
- Sulit Check Terms of Service (TOS)
Sulit.com.ph reserves the right:
- To reject Sulit Check applications which violates Sulit.com.ph Rules and Policies and / or those that may not be morally acceptable as decided by Sulit.com.ph.
- To not be bound by any condition appearing in any material that will be in conflict with these terms and conditions.
- To hold no responsibility from wrong details provided by members/advertisers.
- To make Sulit Check applicants re-submit documents if needed; To deny applications completely due to violations of these terms and conditions; To suspend member accounts indefinitely for using Sulit Check inappropriately and/or abusing the said check system through submitting false data, falsification of documents, etc.
