  • What is an Online Official Receipt?

    An electronic version of the Official Receipt for purchased Sulit Gold that can be generated online.

  • How can I get an Online Official Receipt?

    On the Buy SG form, you need to indicate the name and address that you want to put on the official receipt. (Note: If you are under a business entity, just indicate your company name under the ‘Name’ field.)

    The online official receipt will be ready for download after 2 banking days from the date of payment. Once available, an e-mail and pm notification will be sent to your account.

    This is how the online official receipt looks like. The date that will be displayed is the date of your payment and NOT the date when OR is generated.

  • How to view your Online Official Receipts summary/history?

    To keep track of all your online receipts, just click ‘Online Receipts’ found under the ‘Manage SG’ tab on the upper right side of your screen. There you will see a list of all your online receipts which you can view or download anytime.

  • Can you still edit the Name and Address fields on your next SG purchase?

    Yes. You are free to change these details, just make sure that these are accurate and legitimate.

  • You misspelled your name and/or address, can you request for a new receipt?

    Online receipts cannot be edited. In this case, we highly suggest you get in touch with our finance team by sending an e-mail to finance@sulit.com.ph.

  • Is it possible to buy in bulk then request for separate receipts?

    No. Online receipts are on a per-transaction basis only. Our system cannot separate receipts for bulk orders. For such requests, send an e-mail to finance@sulit.com.ph.

  • Can you retrieve the online OR on the same day as your payment?

    No, you may be able to retrieve the online OR only after 2 banking days from the date your payment was made.

  • What happens when there s an error on your SG payment? Will the time window for generating an online OR still be applicable for you?

    The generation of online OR will happen in two days after the payment and the confirmed payment is properly matched to the transaction.  No online OR will be generated if the error caused a delay of more than 2 days from expected processing.  The system will not generate an online OR for past transactions because this will conflict with the requirement of BIR that dates and OR numbers should be sequential.  You may send e-mail to finance@sulit.com.ph to request for manual printed OR.

  • You still haven t received any PM/e-mail notification, what happened to your online OR?

    This should not happen. The system will automatically send a PM/e-mail to you once OR has been generated.  However, there are other factors that may attribute to the missing PM/e-mail such as connectivity, deleted PM/e-mail.  It is recommended that you also check the Online Receipt history by clicking ‘Online Receipts’ link under ‘Manage SG’ tab on the upper right side of your screen.

    Please note that the system will not generate an OR for all SG payments made via our Level Up! payment gateway.  In turn, you will also not receive any PM/e-mail notification.

  • What is Cancelled OR?

    You will receive a Cancelled OR for refund transactions, credit card chargebacks or any particular revisions requested for your online OR.  Only the finance team of Sulit.com.ph can cancel an online OR as required by the BIR.  The system will automatically send you a PM/e-mail upon cancellation of online OR.

  • Is it still possible to request for an OR for previous transactions (before the launch of online OR)?

    Yes.  For such requests, you may send an e-mail indicating your Sulit Username, Name, Address, Exact Date of Payment, Bank/Gateway Name, Amount to finance@sulit.com.ph.

    For other concerns on online official receipt, you may send us an e-mail to finance@sulit.com.ph.
