  • You did not receive the authentication email during registration?

    Here are the things you can do if you did not receive the authentication email during registration:

    1. Please ensure that you can receive an email from admin@sulit.com.ph
    2. Our system cannot send to email address requiring verification.  Please add our email address to your whitelist.
    3. It is also possible that the activation email be tagged as bulk mail by your email provider. Please check your Spam, Junk, or Bulk Mail folder.
    4. It may take up to 10 minutes before the activation email reaches your inbox depending on the load of your email provider. Please wait patiently.
  • What is a Member Dashboard?

    Member Dashboard contains the summary of your account and activities. It is designed for quick and simple navigation of member classified ads, private messages, profile, and your Sulit Shop website. 

    To view member dashboard, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, then click Member Dashboard.

  • How do you edit or update your member profile?

    To update your member profile, follow these steps:

    While signed in, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, mouse over Profile, then click Edit Profile.

    The Profile Update page contains several sections according to information being asked from you. These sections include Account Access, Public User Information, Public Contact Details, Member Account Type, Email Settings, Notification Settings, PM Settings, and Other Settings.

    You can check and update your account information based on the following sections:

    Account Access

    This is where you can edit your email address, change your password, or inactivate your account with Sulit.com.ph. Note that you have to specify your current password in order to change the information under this section.

    Public User Information

    This contains information that you are willing to share publicly with other users of the site, such as your complete name, address, business location, YM ID, and photo.

    Public Contact Details

    This is where you will provide your contact numbers, whether landline, mobile, or both. Note that information you submit here will be displayed publicly.

    Member Account Type

    Let us know what type of account you are using the website for. Are you a buyer or a seller? Is your account for personal or business use?

    Email Settings

    This is where you can configure the settings of email notifications coming from Sulit.com.ph. Tick the appropriate boxes beside the settings that you wish to apply.

    Notification Settings

    This is where you can configure the settings of other notifications (or message alerts being displayed in the website) that you receive from Sulit.com.ph. Tick the appropriate boxes beside the settings that you wish to apply.

    Private Message Settings

    This is where you can configure the settings of your account’s private messaging. Tick the appropriate boxes beside the settings that you wish to apply.

    Other Settings

    This is where you can configure other settings about your member account. Tick the appropriate boxes beside the settings that you wish to apply.

    Once you’re done, click Update Profile to apply all the changes you made in your profile.

  • How can you upload a photo on your profile?

    To upload a photo on your profile, follow these steps:

    1. While signed in, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, mouse over Profile, then click Edit Profile.
    2. Navigate to the Member Photo or Avatar section under Public User Information.
    3. Click Browse to select a photo from your files. A pop-up window will appear where you can select your photo.
    4. Once you’ve selected a photo, click Open. Note that images will be resized to a maximum width and height of 100x100 pixels. Maximum file size allowed is 1 MB.
    5. Once you’re done, click Update Profile to apply all the changes you made in your profile.
  • Can you change your email address?

    Yes you can! Follow the steps below:

    1. From your member dropdown menu, click on "Edit Profile".
    2. You will now be redirected to the"Profile Update" page.
    3. Provide your member account's password on the "Current Password" field and then the new email addresswhich you wanted to use for this account.
    4. Click on the "Update Profile" button at the bottom of the page.
    5. You should get this confirmation message.
    6. Now log in to the email address which you have specified here and open the email from Sulit.com.ph.
    7. While still logged in to your Sulit.com.ph account, click on the link provided on the email which you have just opened from Sulit.com.ph.
    8. You should get another confirmation message that you have successfully changed your email address.
  • Can you change your username?

    Unfortunately, you cannot change your username. Whatever you initially signed up for will be your permanent username.

  • What is 3rd party account (OpenID)?

    3rd party account is simply your log-in account on other websites such as Google, Yahoo, Facebook, and others. OpenID allows you to sign up and log-in to Sulit.com.ph using these accounts for quick and easy access.

     

    Is OpenID safe?

    Using OpenID or any of your 3rd party account in logging in to Sulit.com.ph is completely safe and secure. Your log-in details will not be shared to Sulit.com.ph; instead, it is your public OpenID identifier (URL) that will be used to allow your access.

     

    How to log-in using OpenID?

    1. Click Sign In located on top of the page.
    2. Click the logo of the service that you want to use. If you are already logged in to this account in a different window, you will automatically be logged in to Sulit.com.ph. Otherwise, you will be directed to another page where you will be asked to input your login details.
    3. Click Sign In and give permission to use your 3rd party account for Sulit.com.ph.

     

    How to integrate other 3rd party accounts?

    To integrate more than one 3rd party accounts, follow these steps:

    1. While logged in, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, mouse over Profile, then click 3rd Party Accounts.
    2. Click +Add 3rd Party Account.
    3. Click the logo of the service that you want to use.
    4. Click Sign In and give permission to use your 3rd party account for Sulit.com.ph.
    1. Your OpenID Identifier (URL) will be added in your 3rd Party Accounts page.
    2. Repeat the steps above to integrate more 3rd Party Accounts to your Sulit.com.ph member account.
  • What is secured sign in and how can you use it?

    Secured Sign In is used for encrypting username and password so that it cannot be read if someone tried to intercept the user’s connection to the internet.

    You can secure your sign in by clicking Secure Sign In Option (https) below the username and password fields on the Sign In page. Read the messages and follow the steps carefully on the pop-up menu. 

  • You forgot your password and you cannot sign in to the system. What should you do?

    If in any case you forgot your password, you can reset your password. Here’s how:

    1. On the Sign In page, click Forgot your sign in details?
    2. Specify your registered e-mail address and input a new password.
    3. A password activation link will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Click the activation link to be able to use your new password. Once your new password has been activated, you can now sign in to the system again.
  • Can you reactivate your already inactive account?

    Yes, you can reactivate your already inactive account. Reactivation of inactive accounts can be done simply by signing in with your correct username and password. The system will automatically activate the account on successful sign in.

  • You haven't signed in to your Sulit account for a while. What will happen?

    All members who have not signed in for the past 12 months (1 year) will have their account automatically inactivated.  Once your account has been inactivated, you will be informed accordingly by the system the next time you sign in successfully and your account will be automatically activated.

  • Your Member Account was Suspended. How can you recover it?

    If you're no longer able to log in to your member account because of a suspension, you might have violated 1 or more of our Rules and Policies.

    How can you be considered for member account reactivation?

    Simple.  Follow the steps below:

    1. File a Support Ticket about your suspended account.  An administrator will be automatically assigned to handle your case.
    2. Choose the "Support Type" from the drop down.  Make sure that you choose "Account Related Concerns" from the drop down:
    3. If you are logged in to the system, the "Required" fields would be automatically be filled in with the needed information from your account except for the "Message" field, otherwise, please fill in these fields:
    4. Specify the error you encountered ("error message" if any) and do not forget to mention your last activity before your account got suspended on the Message Field.
    5. If needed/necessary you can attach supporting documents.
    6. Click the "Send" button to submit your support ticket.
    7. The administrator which was automatically assigned to your case would be tending to your concerns within 1-2 Business days.
  • How to check email settings on your profile?

    To check your email settings, follow these steps:

    1. While signed in, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, mouse over Profile, then click Edit Profile.
    2. Navigate to the Email Settings section and mark the settings that you want to apply.
  • Your email settings are correct but you are not receiving any email from Sulit.com.ph?

    There is a possibility that Sulit.com.ph emails are either being bounced (deferred) by your email client or are being sent to your Spam or Bulk folder. Kindly check the said folder.

    For YAHOO email users:

    1. Click Spam menu item at the left column in Yahoo Mail.
    2. Look for any of Sulit.com.ph emails in your Spam folder.
    3. If you find one, select the email to display it.
    4. Then click Not Spam menu item at the top to inform Yahoo that our email must not be delivered in your spam folder.
    5. Add our email address to your Contacts through any of the following step:
    • Click Add menu at the right of Contacts menu item at the left column; or
    • Display one of our emails and click Add beside our email address.
  • Emails from Sulit.com.ph are being deferred. How can you correct this?

    When an email sent to your registered email address bounced, the system will temporarily suspend sending of emails to your email address.

    Bouncing emails can be due to any of the following:

    • Your mailbox is full
    • Email account is deactivated
    • Email account is suspended
    • Email domain is inaccessible
    • Email server has technical problems
    • Email requires verification


    Check your e-mail account for problems and fix any issue that you discover.

    If email sending has been suspended for your account, a notification will be displayed in your member dashboard.  In order to remove the suspension, you have to click the link saying Click here to continue sending email to your registered e-mail address.

  • Do we recommend any free email service that doesn't have any bouncing problems?

    We highly recommend using Gmail (http://www.gmail.com) as it doesn’t pose any bounding problem with Sulit.com.ph email notifications.

  • You want to invite your friends to use Sulit.com.ph. How can you do it?

    To invite your friends to use Sulit.com.ph, follow these steps:

    1. While signed in, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, mouse over Profile, then click Invite Friends.
    2. On the Invite Friends page, select a particular referral link from the options listed and give the referral link to your friends.
