Duplicate ads are active ads that show the same product or service. Regardless of how similar or different the ad description may be, as long as these ads are promoting the same product or service, it will be considered as duplicate ads. Posting of duplicate ads is strictly NOT allowed and is a direct violation of our Website Policies. Posting of such will result to the suspension of your Sulit.com.ph account.

If you have an advertisement that can be posted under multiple subcategories, you must select the best and most fitting subcategory for your ad. Posting it under multiple main/subcategories will result to account suspension. The same applies for multiple locations.

Our Support Team will implement suspension immediately after the account is proven to have breached our Website’s Terms and Conditions.

SAMPLES

Duplicate Ad:
Different ads pertaining to different items but one of the advertisements mentioned the details posted in the other advertisement and vice versa.
Paraphrasing and using different angles of the item for the images but still pertains to 1 item.
[Services] Offering the same services for all ads. Using each service as a title to make it different but it contains the same description.

Duplicate Ad Examples:

Scenario A:
Ads with with different images but have the same contents on the description fields. These are considered duplicate because the specs of the items on the two separate ads are not stated or not specified.

Scenario B:
Ads having the same images and the same body contents.

Last April 25-27, all Sulit.com.ph team members took a vacation leave. You see, aside from overflowing pantry food, free lunch Wednesdays and month-end celebrations, another perk of being a part of this team is that you are guaranteed of a beach trip every summer.

The past years allowed us to discover the virgin islands of Caramoan, see the tarsiers up close in Bohol and explore one of the 7 wonders of the world in Palawan. This year, the team chose to head down south for a change.

Water-proof pouch? Check. Sunblock? Check. Itinerary? Check. All set for Davao!

Day 1

With the Sulit team continuously growing (we’re now at 90 and counting!), we had to be divided into 2 groups for our 4am flight. Thanks to Triple 8 Travel & Tours, there were not much hiccups during our flight check-in and we arrived in Davao on time. 

Like in all outings, first on the list is to eat. FOOD. Lots of it. (Trivia: When you apply for a position in Sulit, you will be asked if you have any problems with excessive eating. What with the different reasons we find (and come up with) to celebrate, diet is pretty much nonexistent in our company premises. :))

Their breakfast buffet is so sulit as it offers a good selection of Pinoy breakfast food and a wide array of Pinoy delicacies and desserts. Plus there’s this kiosk that makes fresh puto bumbong and sunny side up eggs! All that for just P168.00! 

After our hearty breakfast, we went straight to Domicilio Lorenzo Apartelle to drop off our bags and then to the Crocodile Park Compound for our 1^st activity… White water rafting!

Before strapping on our life vest and putting on our helmet, a safety lecture of some sorts had to be done primarily. A short video on the activity plus some reminders on the do’s and don’ts had to be thoroughly explained first before we get too excited and get ahead of ourselves.

Proper rafting outfit: rashguard/shirt and shorts. Add to that a helmet and a life vest and you're ready to paddle!

Meet our DWA guides! They're so used to navigating the 30 km river stretch that they even gave names to the different rapids such as “Washing Machine”, “Double Drop”, “Rodeo” and “Drop and Suck”.

Calm before the storm

You wouldn’t really notice the 3-4 hours of paddling time most probably because of the anticipation for the next rapid. Just take a look at our faces!

Here's a video snippet of what went down when we conquered 1 of the rapids! Don't worry, we're all safe and sound as I type this. :)

Day 2

That exhilarating first day was the perfect jumpstart to our trip! Next on our list? Scuba diving. The term “scuba” is actually an acronym for “Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus”. Our HR signed majority of us up for an introductory dive given that we were all first-timers. It’s a basic 30-minute dive covering breathing and communicating using hand signals under the supervision of a licensed diver, ours came from the Carabao Dive Center team.

During the 45-minute boat ride to Talikud Island, our dive masters, headed by Chiclet, explained the importance of each gear included in the scuba set. From the mask to the regulator to the weight belt to the fins. All the basic stuff we needed to know, nothing really complex since looking at the whole rebreather gear already looks complicated as it is!    

She also gave us a rundown on the hand gestures that are used underwater for communicating, like how to answer back that you’re feeling okay or what signal to use if there is danger ahead. Most importantly, since we were all diving rookies, she gave us scenarios we most probably will encounter underwater. Problems like “what happens when water starts seeping into my mask?” or “how do I release pressure from my ears?” or “I need to pee. What do I do now?” – the most popular question according to them. :)

We went to Coral Garden and Angel’s Cove, the 2 popular diving sites in the area nestled in the protected bay at the base of Talikud Island. The underwater marine life residing both in hard and soft corals was just painstakingly beautiful. It’s pretty obvious how the Davaoeños are doing a fine job in preserving these spots!

When you go scuba diving, it is important that you take to heart the hand signals that divers all over the world use to communicate. There’s a reason why it is universal because there should be zero miscommunication when you go underwater. 

 
  Know the difference: "I want to go up!" vs. "I'm feeling okay!"

 First time? Don't fret! When you go underwater, you will have your own dive master who'll be in charge of checking your cylinder level and pressure gauge so you can solely focus on finding Nemo. :)

Day 3

We’ve paddled abovewater and dove underwater so we’re left with our final activity – fly through air aka zipline! The whole group headed to Zip City, known to be the most scenic, accessible and friendliest to all ages. Unlike the other zipline destinations in Davao, the zipline in Zip City is more fitting for first timers because theirs is the shortest and a little slower among the 3, with adrenaline junkies traversing 320 meters of cable that is 120 feet above ground for about 30 seconds. You have the option to zip in tandem or go solo but everyone went solo because we’re bold like that. :)

It’s rather unfortunate that it rained and the activity had to be stopped (safety first!) but looking at these photos, it’s quite obvious that we had a blast as soon as they resumed operations!

Or perhaps not? :p

Of course any Davao trip will not be complete without tasting durian! We got a taste of the city’s popular fruit in the form of ice cream and pastillas in Apo ni Lola. I think the size of our pasalubong bags was a clear indication of how some of us loved the treats (chocolate durian cream bar ftw!). Some also bought boxes of pomelo and other garbs and trinkets at Aldevinco.

Keywords stuffing / spamming is the practice of adding tons of related and unrelated keywords to the item description of the advertisement with the goal of making the advertisement rank in the search results for different keywords. This practice is strictly not allowed in Sulit.com.ph as indicated in our Website Policies. This practice also gives a bad experience to our buyers who are your potential clients.

We have recently adjusted our search algorithm to automatically depriotize ads in violation of keywords stuffing / spamming which will mean that these ads will get less exposure.

We will also immediately delete ads that are caught violating this policy. There will be no warning or notice to be given in this regard as the deletion will be carried out immediately. Both free ads and ads boosted with SG will be immediately deleted without refund.

We will be using an internal violation counter for each member caught violating this policy and when a member reach a certain violation threshold, that member will be suspended immediately without warning or notice. If you are not violating this policy, then there is nothing to worry about.

If you cannot understand what is keywords stuffing / spamming and at the same time, you know for yourself that you are not gaming nor deceiving our search engine, then there is nothing to worry about.

If you have text or content in your advertisement (displayed or hidden) which if you read together does not mean anything but they are just words placed together, then there is a big chance that you are violating this policy. In this case, we advise that you clean up your advertisement and remove all keyword stuffing content before we delete your advertisement and worst suspend your member account and block you from using Sulit.com.ph again.

Let us join together in giving a very good experience to our potential clients. Good experience for our potential clients can mean more potential business for our sellers.
