You can find the laptop what you are searching one, both of you, I guess. 

1st, to Sir donnalarac:
It's hard to get d laptop in your expect budget, especially with wi-fi already.
But if you have just little more money, so i want to recommend you, buy Samsung Sens 900 model.

Even if that model is Pentium3 933MHz only, but you can enjoy online games and other things. Only
add on it with wireless lan card please. Sens 900, really nice - both outside and inside - to use by ur
bro. U can buy it with w/ lan card will below 10,000 pesos. Just try it please. Gift to ur bro with ur
fulled-warm-heart. 

and to Sir ipai:
U can choose widely because there are many wifi-ready model in my shop at gilmore. 
(Ground fl., IT Center, 'MIP Laptop & Parts') If i can help you to choose fitted model, I'll try to get Fujitsu LifeBook S6120. Centrino technology with wi-fi also. And 13.3" LCD - u get that unit everywhere
you can go of course. One more tip is that unit have a freebie - nice and good-designed b/n bag!
