HOMEBASED CALL CENTER AGENTS NEEDED!!!


Merchant Service.com Support Corp. is a fast growing company in the Philippine Call Center Industry.

A SEC-registered company with corporate office in Ayala Alabang and physical site in Baguio, we are now seeking experienced and motivated agents to work as our Homebased Appointment Setters.

Our parent company, Merchant Service Group Inc. is one of the top merchant service providers in the United States and is headquartered in Sarasota, Florida with operations in the Mainland US and Southern America.

AGENT REQUIREMENTS:

- 18 yrs old and above, with Call Center experience preferably in Outbound Business-to-Business or Sales campaigns. Superior listening skills and Excellent command of the English language.
- Those without Call Center experience should be confident and assertive; with Excellent English Communication skills.


HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:

1) PC Desktop/Laptop (Pentium 4/at least 512mb RAM/1.6 or 1.8 mhz)

2) Noise-reducing headset

3) DSL Broadband-ready telephone line

BENEFITS:

Php 14,000 base pay + Php 2,000 allowance (for DSL & electricity) + commissions

Commission structure: 2 apptmnts/day Php 500
3 apptmnts/day Php 1,500
4 apptmnts/day Php 3,000
5 apptmnts/day Php 5,000
6th apptmnt & up/day Php 1,000@


Regularization starts on the 4th month
Top producers may earn up to PHP 118,000/month!!!

PERMANENT SHIFT SCHEDULE:
Mondays – Fridays
830pm – 530am
