Water Station Equipment (new Great Deal!!!) Philippines

Sa mga viewers at water store aspirants na gusto magkaroon ng 3 in 1 water equipments... be vigilant na lang sa pag-uusisa regarding dun sa "pangatlong set-up" na Alkaline, dami kasing nagtatanong sakin regarding that, sa ngayon kasi, yung ibang set-up na Alkaline...eh, dinadaya na lang, nandyan yung gawin nilang puro "filter" lang na Ceramic, pero i-test mo ang PH, di nya ma-meet yung pagka-Alkaline nya, ok lang sana kung meron silang "Alkaline Ionizer" or "Alkaline Processor". Meron namang iba, ang nilalagay after ng said filters ay "Ph enhancers" lang, kahit na i-test mo ang PH, pasado...pero, pasado ba kung ang benefits ng totoong Alkaline Water ay di mo makuha? Puro pandaraya at panloloko, kung wala ka ngang alam talaga...eh, maloloko ka nga.

Dami ko na kasing naka-usap at napuntahan na water store na nainis sa mga kumpanyang ito, dahil sa panloloko, di na nila makuha ang pera nila kasi late na, kaya ayun, tiis-tiis na lang. Di ko kasi matiis na di sabihin dito sa page ko, kaawa-awa naman yung mga gustong mag-business na walang kaalam-alam sa machine. Kaya kung 3 in 1 ang hanap nyo... hanapin nyo agad yung Alkaline Ionizer o Processor at itanong nyo kung anung capacity nun, baka naman kasi meron nga pero sobra naman ang hina ng flow, at spare parts pag nasira.

Yun lang po at magandang araw sa inyo.

Sa mga nagtatanung ng "Stages" at kung ilan, wag na po kayong maniwala sa mga ganitong marketing strategy ng mga walang magawang Company, mga unang simulain pa to nung mga nauna pang mga kumpanya, way back 1997, wala naman talagang "stages" sa purification, PROCESS siguro pwede pa. Eh sa STAGES na sinasabi nila kasama pati Tanks, Motors at pati maging Pressure Tank kasama... ANO BA YAN!!! Kahit magtanung kayo sa Technician ng US, wala talaga nun, kasi na-experience ko ng makipag-usap sa American Water Treatment Technician, kaya nasabi kong wala talagang stages. Pinarami lang nila yung mga Filter housings at filters, pero kung susuriin mo, may mga magkaka-parehong filters, tapos yung nilalagay na laman sa mga Multi-media, eh... tig 1sack lang naman tapos babalutan ng Stainless jacket para hindi makita...ganun na ba talaga? Para lang maka-benta? Ang dami kasing nagtatanung kung ilang stages, sige nga... hamunin nyo silang ipakita ang mga tinatanggal ng bawat STAGES na sinasabi nila, pustahan... hindi nila maipapakita, kasi dapat bawat stages may sampling point para makita mo nga kung tinatanggal nya yung dapat tanggalin ng bawat STAGES. Syempre maraming maniniwala kasi di nila alam, unang business nga eh... kaya ngayon alam nyo na, MARKETING STRATEGY lang po yun mga Kababayan.

magaling si lorenzo na try ko na mag pa service sa kanya. isang tawag lang kahit nasa baguio sya tapos ako nasa valenzuela pero inertertain nya ang call ko para tulungan ako sa technical problems sa machine na nabili ko sa ibang company. hindi man ako nakakuha sa kanya ng machine pero still nag bigay sya ng full service nya sa akin. 100% na alam nya ang mga in and out ng mga problem sa machine. kasi thru phone lang na explain nya at na detect nya kung saan ang problema ng machine ko. isang maganda pa sa service nya. kahit holiday nun binigyan nya ako ng attention sa problem ko. kung maaga ko nga lang sya nakilala edi sana sana sa kanya na ako kumuha ng machine. yung nabilihan ko kasing machine medyo hindi maganda ang after sales service. kaya kapag may problema sa machine ko ang hirap lapitan ang hirap kontakin ng nabilan ko. hindi tulad ni lorenzo isang tawag lang tutulungan ka talaga nya. balak ko nga ulit mag tayo ng isa pang water station and 100% sya na ang co contakin ko. keep up the good work lorenzo, huwag kang mag sawa tumulong sa mga katulad naming maliliit na nag nenegosyo ng tubig na pinabayaan ng mga company na nabilan namin. Again... I like this BLOG from the recent pioneer in Water Treatment Industry, totoo talaga to eh at nangyayari...so be vigilant in choosing the right company or person you are dealing with. Kadalasan tumatama ang mga pahayag na to sa mga kumpanyang nagsasabi na marami na silang natayuang Water Station.

Choose your Water Refilling Company Wisely

To all my friends out there having problems with your systems,sad to say,you should really choose the company that you are dealing with. There are some water companies pretending to be professional but in reality they know very little about water filtration and water refilling stations, all they care is to sell the package but they don’t realize the outcome of their irresponsibility.

As a professional, the first thing that they have to do is to ask a water sample coming from the site that you intended to put up the business. If it is Maynilad water, then it will not be a big investment because you can use a system without reverse osmosis, but of course you can also use reverse osmosis, now the issue here is that, the company should have discussed the options first in order for you to decide what systems are you going to use,that is the principle of TRANSPARENCY.

Now if you have a deep-well source of water,then they should justify the configuration of the system because every deep-well water have a different characteristics, so it is assumed that systems design may vary. The basic principle of filtration and purification is to come up with a system design based on the quality of water to be treated and application. The usual scenario if you wanted to put up a water station is that they will immediately offer a pre-designed system with sort of number of stages,oh my GOD,another issue,yan ang nakakalungkot, ginagawa nilang carnabal ang water industry.

They are stressing the concept of "The Longer the Stages the better the Quality of Water" which is technically irrelevant. The quality of drinking water will be determined by the result of the bacteriological and physico chemical test conducted by the accredited laboratory of the DOH. Simple, but they are making it complicated by discussing the number of stages na in reality is hindi naman din talaga nila alam.

That is why you guys out there are experiencing problems in your systems na it seems walang katapusan dahil pinaglaruan at pinagpraktisan ng kung sino-sinong technician pretending to be marunong but in reality is just a helper na pinabili ng suka sa tindahan, e ayon nagpanggap na technician or di kaya naman, ahente (or owner ng water station) na nagtayo ng water company at iyon na. Kaya, you guys are really the casualty of those irresponsibilities.

Hindi ko naman nilalahat ang mga water company,there are still plenty of them out there doing their professional work, it is just up to you to decide whom will you choose. If you will ask me kung pano malalaman ang totoong water company o hindi? Just read and understand what I have discussed and I am sure you are on the right track. I am not trying to offend anyone, I just care for the innocent victims na wala namang hinangad kungdi makapag negosyo ng maayos gamit ang pinagpagurang puhanan and then they will just be treated unprofessionally, that is really unfair on their part, you are just considering your own benefits.

You should have the social responsibilities of guiding your clients all the way because they are your partners. Orienting them with the systems,about the operation of the business, marketing, training the staffs and owners are the main tasks that you should be doing to your client at hindi yung iniiwan nyo sila sa ere the moment na makuha nyo ang bayad, SHAME ON YOU!

Para sa kaalaman ng lahat, I am the Product Manager of an Import Export company dealing with the distribution of water treatment parts and accessories. We do not sell systems at d kami nag ooffer ng water station package, so hindi ako one sided at wala akong pinapaboran na sino man, I am speaking from a neutral point of view, in fact yung mga client namin na water company na wala sa hulog e binibigyan namin ng seminar in order for them to compete professionally in the market.

As far as our company is concern,we are trying to fulfill our social obligation by orienting our clients on the basic concept in order for them to serve their own client efficiently!

Sulit nga ba sa "piyesa" at package price ang iba?

Talaga nga namang mabibigla ka sa presyo ng iba, at ipagmamalaki pa na "sulit sila sa piyesa". Ang tanong: Makikita mo kaya ang mga piyesa nila at quality kung package nila ibibigay? Sigurado ka bang experienced Technician ang mag-iinstall ng equipment mo at hindi kamag-anakan lang na dinampot para makatipid sa overhead expenses, at nagyayabang pa na may Qualified Technician daw sila?

Tip lang po mga kababayan, maraming China made na lumalabas na sub-standard, low quality, at problem-producing, kaya pwede nilang ibigay na mas mababa sa Package Price, wag sumugal...sayang lang ang pinag-hirapan, kayo na mismo ang mamili ng gamit na ikakabit sa inyo. May mga China made naman na dependable at tested for years. At kung Qualified Technician naman ang pag-uusapan...sa Piping pa lang, makikita mo na kung qualified, hindi barubal ika nga, mas maigi kung makikita nyo ang "Sample piping installation" nila.

Kami mismo ang namili sa mga supplier ng equipments & accessories. Sasabihin nya mismo sayo kung san makakabile ng mura at matibay na mga gamit. After a week of installation, He'll train you technically. Malalaman mo pati do's & don'ts with the system. Di ako nagkamali sa pagpili ng water technician. If your starting with this kind of business or already in this business, Mr. Lorenzo is the one to be contacted. Walang halong lokohan garantisado. UPDATE lang po mga kababayan...

Ito ang style ko na pilit ginagaya ng iba, nanghihingi din ng professional fee at sasamahan ka din daw kuno sa supplier, hahaha! Natawa ako eh, sa una kala mo mura sya, di pa pala kasama yung PROF. FEE nya sa total cost nya and take note...di pa kasama dun yung other cost of materials na gagamitin sayo like piping, electrical and other accessories, sagot mo pa yun...ang suma-total, mas malaki pa pala ang total cost, di ka nya bibigyan ng costing o quotation, dadaldalan ka lang nya thru phone hanggang sa di ka na makapag-salita, WAG KANG PAPAYAG sa gusto nya, dapat malaman mo ang gusto mong malaman, ahente lang sya, hindi sya TECHNICIAN!!!
