hi. sorry for the late reply. the perimeter wall of the property is about 20 meters from the shore but the house is about 80 meters away. i don't have a clear picture of the house as i have not been there in a while. however, to give you an idea, the house is about 20 years old. it will need some repairs. it has a concrete fence around it and is surrounded by coconut and other trees. we also have a water pump and reservoir tank.
if you don't want to bother with repairs, we also have 2 other properties adjacent to this one which are still vacant lots. land area about 1800 sq. m. each. our company is also into construction and design so if you want to explore that possibility, we could do an ocular and discuss the details.
