• Exit Quezon circle to Commonwealth Avenue direction Fairview
• Follow Commonwealth, stick to the right after Iglesia ni Christo; don’t follow the Tandang Sora fly-over
• Make a left-turn under the bridge into Tandang Sora (between Seven-Eleven + Jollibee on the right and Mc Donald’s on the left)
• Follow Tandang Sora for approx. 1km until Tierra Pura Gate on the right
• Make a right turn into Tierra Pura Subdivision
• Follow Kalaw St. to the exit of Tierra Pura (Gate)
• After the exit gate, make a left turn into new Congressional Ave. (right before Mira Nila Gate)
• Follow Congressional Ave. until you see Tierra Evelina Gate on the left side. Turn left into Tierra Evelina
• Follow Pines St. to the end and turn left into Peace St.
• FSS Place Resort is at the corner of Pines/Peace, Park your car and ring the door bell.

Via Visayas Ave

• Exit Quezon circle to Visayas Avenue direction Tandang Sora
• At the end of Visayas Avenue, make a right turn into Tandang Sora
• Follow Tandang Sora for approx. 500 meters until you see the entrance to Philand on the left side (third intersection after Visayas Ave.) You will see a Jeapney stop on the right hand side of Tandang Sora opposite to Philand entrance.
• IMMEDIATELY (50 meters) after Philand entrance, turn left into new Congressional Ave. Extension. This entrance is somewhat hidden, so stick to this instruction here.
• Follow Congressional Ave. until you see Tierra Evelina Gate on the right side. It is the third exit. Turn right into Tierra Evelina
• Follow Pines St. to the end and turn left into Peace St.
• FSS Place Resort is at the corner of Pines/Peace. Park your car and ring the door bell.
