It has decentralized its operations through its branch operation in Angeles, Bacolod, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Dagupan, Legazpi, Naga City, Cabanatuan, Batangas, Los Banos Laguna, Marbel, Cagayan De Oro, Palawan, Isabela, Meycauayan (Bulacan) and Tarlac. It is now in the process of designating additional provincial coordinators to ensure prompt delivery of a high quality service to its members nationwide.
