our case RA 9262 & RA7610 is already elevated to Regional Trial Court-Branch73 of Antipolo Philippines docketed as Criminal Case No. 08-37075, and the said agency already issued Warrant of Arrest to Mr. Jeffrey Corpuz Bernados, due process is very difficult since Mr. Bernados is hiding from us. What Mr. Bernados did to me and my family is not only inhuman; it is even barbaric and downright criminal. It is bad enough that he refused to support his own child, despite his having recognized our son as his own child. What is worse is that he and his family maltreated and hounded us like a criminal. I need a Family Lawyer so that my husband (Filipino) could adopt my child.  The child's surname is in my name and no signature from his father in birth certificate.  Our only problem is lawyer's fee that is very expensive.  Is this how justice work??? To spend too much just to fix my son's surname since his father is non-existent? Im really getting frustrated to find a lawyer who can help us.  This is for my son I would do anything for him, the problem is, I can't afford lawyers fee...Is there somewhere who will not charge us too much? thanks...
