  BODY TWISTING PROCEDURE:

• • This is a good test especially for golfers.

     

    On-site Test:
    Perform the procedure twice. Do the 1st Strength Test without the Bracelet first then do the 2nd test with the bracelet on your wrist or attached to any part of your body.
    

    Remote Test:

    
    

    Perform the procedure twice. Do the Strength Test first (do not call us yet) and before your start the 2nd test, make a connection to my celphone (+63-9208564932) and attach your cellphone to your body. Use a celphone lace then hook on your neck or just put it on you pocket. Please ensure that we stay connected until you're done with your 2nd test.
    

    Procedure:

    1.) Raise your right/left hand in horizontal position (90 degrees from your body as vertical in position).Make your thumb serve as a pointer-marker.
    2.) Focus your eyes to your thumb.
    3.) Slowly turn as far as you can (do not over stretch you body), then get somebody to mark where your thumb can reach.
    4.) After marking, return back slowly to your original position to prevent any injury.
    5.) Put on the bracelet and do the same as in procedures 1 to 3.

    
    Important Note: I do not recommend the said procedure to kids or to anybody who are injured or had any historical injury. You can see the difference without stressing to hard to prevent any accident. Do it safely.
