        Executive Customer Service Assistant (Work from Home)

A Swiss and Hong Kong based corporate services company is looking for a home based Executive Customer Service Assistant to assist with business development.

Job duties and responsibilities:
i. Answer calls and customer service inquiries
ii. Research websites / databases and put together lists of potential customers / leads
iii. Contact customers over the phone, introduce the company’s services, arrange and attend meetings
iv. Data entry and compilation of marketing address material
v. Drafting of brochures and website development
vi. Plan and organize visits of the Principal and accompany him to see potential and existing customers
vii. Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:
i. Self motivated, trustworthy, results orientated
ii. We are looking for FEMALE applicants only
iii. Independent, honest, accustomed to work under minimal supervision
iv. Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
v. College graduate, preferably in business, finance, accounting or law
vi. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.), computer and internet savvy

Location and Working Hours:
i. Working from your home
ii. Full time employment – working hours during day-time, detailed schedule to be negotiated
iii. PC and MS Office required
iv. Broadband internet connection (cable or DSL preferred) is a must for seamless VoIP (―skype‖) communication

Hiring Procedures / Offer:
