Rent to Own House & Lot

This is an insane letter to most of the people who’ll read it but I always love to take chances and hope for things. As what I believe in, we always have a choice and I chose to take this opportunity because I know that there are lots of good and giving people around. And I also believe that there’s no impossible thing if you just put your heart in what you wish for. I am a mom to a pretty girl who will turn 1 this month. I am planning to get married this year. I have a small digital photo printing shop inside a village. The business just started a few months. The business is not really working well right now but I am always hoping that sooner… it will be a blast. My partner is working in a computer company. The salary is good but like others, the monthly income is just enough for our basic need.

We are renting an apartment near our shop. The house is really fine as well as the ambiance and thank God we still afford to pay the monthly rental.

I am writing this not to make alms or something. We are still fortunate to eat three times a day, buy what our baby needs but unluckily, we cannot afford to save money for our future. I am asking for help to someone who can give us the opportunity to acquire a home that we can call “ours”. We can afford to pay monthly amortization but the problem is we do not have the money to pay for the down payment.

I am not financially rich but I am rich in my own way. I am simple. I am a woman with so many dreams and hopes in life. I am a real person and I am asking real people who could help us.

Perhaps, this is really insane but in my heart, I know miracle happens.
