room for rent located @ the center of cebu city. Available room colors are old rose, Peach Room, Blue Room, and Green Room. Good for 2 person only.

INCLUDES: electric fan, bed, with free light and water. Cooking and water despenser is prohibited upstair, renterS can cook only downstairs provided by the owner as to other renters request. Renters should pay the gas just ask the owner how much. You can also wash your clothes downstairs outside at the laundry area. Using the things of the owners is prohibited; provide your own things for your laundry. Mosty “NO CURFEW HOURS"  Each renter has their own personal keys.

If you have visitors with you, please ask the owner or tell the owner first before entering. This is for you to protect us to other renter’s and as to avoid lost belongings.

2. Peach Room (Good for 2 person) ----------------> 5,500.00Php

• has cable but payments are from the renters bills

3. Green Room (Good for 2 person) ---------------->5,500.00Php

• includes light n water
• one stand electric fan
• one semi folding table
• built-in cabinets
• 1 bed or can be 2 single bed
• has cable but payments are from the renters bills

4. Old Rose Room (Good for 2 person) ---------------->7,000.00Php

• includes light n water
• one stand electric fan
• one semi folding table
• built-in cabinets
• Two single bedroom. If you rent alone we can provide one single bedroom
• has cable but payments are from the renters bills for extension
• has aircon appliance.
• Separate meter for the air conditioned is legal thru Veco. Renter should pay the aircon bill

4. Yellow Room (Good for 2 person ) ---------------->7,000.00Php

• includes light n water
• one stand electric fan
• one semi folding table
• built-in cabinets
• One Queen size Bedroom
• has cable but payments are from the renters bills for extension
• has aircon appliance.
• Separate meter for the air conditioned is legal thru Veco. Renter should pay the aircon bill

• 20-30 minutes ride going to the airport
• 5 minutes ride going to SM city Cebu
• 5 minutes ride going to Ayala Center

WE ALSO ACCEPT TRANSIENT CLIENTS PER DAY BASIS

• 450.00 to 500.00 per day to non-air conditioned room good for two persons
• 700.00 to 800.00 per day to air conditioned room good for two persons
