Looking for Local Employment Agency Business Partner

Hi! I'm looking for business partners (preferably capitalists/recruiters) for an employment agency that i'm planning to put up in BF Homes Paranaque. It is a very promising business as almost all households need help of some kind, same with business establishments. Earning potential is high while overhead can be kept to a minimum. There are not enough employment agencies operating in the area and majority of them are either fly-by-night or money-oriented, the reason why most people don't trust agencies. I want to change that perception. Once an employer pays the Office Fee, it is already guaranteed for six months. No replacement fees and mysterious miscellaneous fees. Service will be our main ingredient. I plan to open two offices, one in the province (probably in laguna) and another one in the vicinity of BF Homes. A website will also be put up and will feature pictures and personal info of the helpers, this will make it easier for the prospective employers to choose their helpers.
