The Versant for English Test is a seven-minute oral test conducted over the phone. It entitles the passer to be a scholar of the FCCA under the PGS. Scholars are given daily allowance (P60 per day) during the 13-day FCCA course. The course runs from Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm for two weeks. When the scholar completes the FCCA, INCOMTEC awards a TESDA Certificate to the graduate who is then endorsed to a BPO or Call Center for a job interview. Successful graduates of INCOMTEC who landed Call Center jobs through this easy steps now earn an average of P15,000.00 a month.

To help the scholarship applicants pass Versant, INCOMTEC conducts a FREE 3-day preparatory review class that covers basic skills such as Sentence Mastery, Pronunciation, Fluency, and Vocabulary. These all help to improve communication skills and English proficiency of the applicant.
