MAGKANO ANG SEMI-FINISH AND FINISH PER SQUARE METER?

Hello, I am an OFW here in Dubai. I have a lot in Sta. Rosa Laguna, 100 sqm. Plan ko patayuan ng bahay by next year basta matapos ko lang hulugan ung lupa. Pwede po bang paestimate kung magkano ung 2 storey house, meron po sanang car park at garden, dream ko po ung parang may bermuda grass ung garden. Gusto ka sanang malaman kung magkano ang magagastos ko para ihanda ko na ung sarili ko sa pg iipon para may maibigay akong pang down kahit papaano.
