Here's another low-cost housing that you may find interesting.
These are the types of house
models in this project: The row-house bare and improved; then there
are the single attached bare, basic and improved. The bare row house
model looks like a "studio type" house without any partition, but can
be improved to have one bedroom. Its' lot area is 46sqm priced at
P300K. The improved row housing is pretty much the same, only
difference is, the interior is partitioned already, into two (one
bedroom extension) separate bedroom, living room and kitchen priced at
P500K. For bare row housing, the reservation fee shall be P5000 then
P3596.30 per month for two years to pay for the processing fee and
insurance as well as the house itself. After two years, the payment
would just be P1798.65 for the house plus P248 for the insurance for
28years to pay.
Another model of the house is the bare single attached house. The
cheapest type of single-attached is the bare, that looks like a studio type
house, 72sqm area, priced at P600K. Reservation fee shall be P10K,
then for two years the monthly payment would be P7000 to cover the
processing fees, insurance and the principal payment for the housing
loan. After two years, the payment would be about P40008/month plus P400.94
insurance for 28years to pay. The improved single attached shall have
a bigger floor area with partitioned rooms, kitchen bathroom, tiled
flooring, carport, etc. priced at P800K. For the two years the monthly
payment would be P9000. Then after two years the monthly payment
would be about P6000/month plus P400.94 insurance.
Please find photos in the attachments. I also drew a rought draft of
the single attached improved model floorplan. This is not the official
floorplan and I sketched it as I remember it. The actual model may
differ slightly. But I'm sending this to you just to give you a
general idea of how the house looks like.

Yes! this can be loaned through pag-ibig or in-house financing. If
you're still not a pag-ibig member, you can be an instant pag-ibig
member just by paying the equivalent of 24months contribution and the
upgrading to get the loan. To become a pag-ibig member, you must be
employed in a company that contributes to pag-ibig, or Overseas
Filipino Worker or have a legitimate business named after the
borrower. If you are not eligible to become a Pag-ibig fund member,
you can still acquire this property through "In-house" financing with
20% downpayment and 18% yearly interest. Pag-ibig funds is still the
most affordable means that offer "rent-to-own" financing.
