6.      Credit card holder for at least 1 year w/ a maximum of 90% utilization, on current status and with no past due/delinquency for the last 2 months.

Requirements for Self-Employed:

1.      DTI Registration

2.      6 months bank statement

3.      One (1) valid ID

4.      Latest ITR

5.      2 months credit card billing statement/Statement of Account (SOA)

6.       Copy of the Credit Card Face/Front

1.      3 years practice

2.      23 to 60 years of age
