I am the Pioneer Seller (Philippines) of these review materials online basically for me to help out RN’s to pass their NCLEX Exam. I am always updating & adding new materials every now & then once I see some of my previous buyers sell materials that they bought from me & spread it everywhere. I have a lot of collections, lectures, videos still not yet posted but I hope everyone should understand that it’s really different on my part because I really “INVEST” especially on video reviewers like Drexel, Review for Nurses, MEDS, Delmar’s Nursing Skills, Delmar’s Nursing Terminology, & NURSING FULLPACKED REFERENCE which I made & compiled. Everyone knows that such items of genuine copy are really really expensive. Also look for my other items for sale.

Now for the “mean” business-like stuff; please read below and do not buy my merchandise if you do not agree to these terms.  They aren’t all that harsh or difficult and they save us both a lot of hassle in the long run.

REFUND/EXCHANGE/GENERAL MESS UP POLICY:  Due to the nature of the item, refunds are not available.  Exchanges will be given for defective discs only.  You must contact me within 3 days of delivery and the disc must be returned to me within 7 days to qualify for an exchange. You are responsible for the shipping of the defective disc back to me, and I’ll cover the cost of re-shipping a new one to you.  If you send a defective disc out and use a tracking number, email me the number and I’ll send out your new disc as soon as I see the bad one got mailed out (that’s quicker than having to wait for it to show up in my mailbox). 

If for some weird reason I mess up your order (like give you two copies of the same thing instead of two different items that you ordered.. or more frequently, there have been issues where a song or two have not made it onto a CD), let me know and I’ll get the right order to you.  I of course will cover shipping on my mistakes.  Honest mistakes happen and quite frankly, working with 10 orders at a time kind of crosses your eyes from time to time. 

SHIPPING:  All Compact Discs and DVD Set items are sent out first class mail with tracking numbers (Air 21). This is to protect both of us. Additional fees will be added if you choose to mail it using different courier company depending on their rates. Insurance is optional for all items.  If you want insurance let me know when you pay.  Once the items are dropped off at the courier company, my responsibility ends.  Personally, I trust my courier and yours too... it’s the mail centers in between that worry me!

90% of all items are sent out the day after you pay and many times if I can get to the courier office quick enough, I’ll send your stuff out the same day.  Saying that, please keep in mind that I work full-time as well.

PAYMENT:  Payment must be made via Paypal, Globe GCash, & Banco de Oro Bank Deposit after you confirmed your purchase. This is for serious buyers only. If for some extenuating circumstance prevents you from paying (and I do mean extenuating), please contact me.  I realize emergencies do happen.
