Helo Malaki po yung room but good for 2 to 3 persons lang pwede... hangat maari din sana walang bata... good for employee nagwork within the vicinity.... yung CR po shared sa kabilang room.. may tindahan po kasi sa baba kaya ang kailangan yung titira ung nag oofice po, Tapat na po yun saradao ng 3500 kasi kasama na ung ilaw.. commercial kasi yung metro nya... limited lang po ang appliances.... thanks po

Regarding sa commercial space... what kind of business?... i have three location kasi.... 1. near pritil market tondo manila, mga 5sq/m pwede good for kiosk or moneychanger same with bustillos sampaloc...ung last is along mendiola legarda mga 10sq/m....

Kailangan po ba na nagwowork dyan sa mlpit yung magrerent?pde po ba yung room for 2 persons?ksi manggagaling pa po kmi ng pampanga so next week na po sna kmi lilipat and mgkno poh lhat bbyaran for the initial payment?

Ok lang po kahit hindi malapit.. 3500 po siya 1 month advance 1 month deposit... kasama na po ung ilaw dun....basta po working and sana po walang bata or hindi masyadong mabisita.. baka po kasi mamaya gawing tulugan ng mga bisita galing province.. mabubulabog po kasi ung business na nasa baba ng apartment... hope you have already read the post messages regarding the aplliances... you should visit first the location para makapag usap po kau ng maigi... hanapin nyo po si Mrs Tessie.
