The BPO Manager is a position directly report to the Director of Operations. The BPO Manager will be mainly responsible in the overall productivity, efficiency, accuracy, motivation and management of the Order Support teams.

Key Responsibilites:

Hire, fire, coach, and recommend for advancement
Write and conduct periodic employee performance reviews
Ensure vendor compliance with agreed-upon service levels
Coordinate/resolve issues as they arrive with other leaders and
departments
Recommending any change to a business process that would increase customer satisfaction or reduce costs
prepare and present reports to the staff meeting regarding any/all of the above from time to time
Develop the knowledge and demonstrate the ability to manage additional roles in the future

QUalification:
Bachelor's Degree in Management,
MBA an advantage
3-5 years managerial experience
Technological project Management experience
Internet sales or on-line ordering/purchasing experience
Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt preferred
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
Visio proficiency
Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to work night and on extended hours
