RESELLERS’ GUIDELINES and REQUIREMENTS

1. Fill up the Reseller’s Application Form.
2. Applicants must have home/office/business Telephone Lines.
3. Submit the form together with 1 2x2 picture, photocopy of two valid Identification Cards or Documents (Government Issued IDs), and proof of residency and billing.
4. 50% Bond as Security. (Cash or Check)

Only for serious applicants with no bad credit records.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Upon approval of the Resellers’ Application (including the verification of submitted documents) meet up will be scheduled to discuss the terms and conditions.  Delivery of items will follow upon mutual agreement on the Terms and Conditions.
2. Upon receipt of delivery, qualified resellers are required to check the completeness of the items delivered so as the quality if free from damages. Accountability on the stocks will be transferred to the Reseller, meaning all possible losses and damages during his/her custody, will be shouldered by the Reseller.  No returns due to damages will be accepted for obvious handling negligence of resellers.
3. Schedule for sales remittance will be provided on the delivery day.  Resellers are expected to remit the net sales on the date agreed thru Bank Deposit.  Personal Excuses like cash sales used for tuition fees or household expenses etc are NOT ACCEPTED.
4. Varietyfinds has the option to cease the agreement if found that the reseller is incapable on complying with these agreement.
