Responsibilities:

• Successful candidates would be assigned to handle general inquiries from the customers of a credit card company based in the United States.

Requirements:

• Candidates should must have a college degree. Only college graduates would be entertained for this position
• At least 6 months call center experience
• Experience handling a financial account an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must have the ability to adapt to a fast paced results driven environment
• Candidates must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
• Applicants must be willing to work on shifting schedules
• Candidates should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Only Full-Time positions available
