The Bowflex SelectTech Heavy Dumbells can help you transform your body for good with just a turn of a dial. With the SelectTech 1090 there is no need to change numerous of dumbells, just turn the dials on each end of the dumbell to select your desired dumbell weight. Equivalent to 17 pairs of dumbells, you can also dial-in different amounts of weight on each end of the dumbell to allow for rotator cuff exercises and overhead rows, giving even more weight options.
