How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Normally production is more or less 25-30 business days before delivery. Business days means Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays. We strive to deliver in the soonest possible time; however, please bear in mind that all our products are made-to-order. Every pieces that is released is unique on its own. It might be similar in designs but it still retains its uniqueness because we do not really mass produce. In cases of delays we hope for your patience and understanding.
Do you customize rings?
Yes, we do. Please send details (pic, width, thickness, etc.) to allureringz@rocketmail.com. Pricing will depend upon the specifications of your order.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes we do. We only require minimum order of 5 pieces per design and per size. No engraving.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes we do. For those buying in pairs, you will get 5% discount per transaction. While those buying wholesale, better discount.
What if an item is out of stock ?
All our products are produced as ordered so we don't normally have an out of stock status. The time frame 15-20 business days includes manufacturing.
What if I would like my order fast track?
Because all orders are being manufactured on order we cannotreally give a shorter delivery period.
How can I find out my ring size?
If you have no idea of your ring size at all, we suggest that you get your ring size taken by a professional jeweler. We do provide a Ring Sizer online which can be found in our blog but this is more helpful to people who already have an idea of their ring size as a comparison. Plus this is greatly affected by outside factors such as the time of the day you take your ring size, the accuracy of the person who is doing the sizing, printing etc.
How much is the fee for laser engraving?
It will cost Php250 per ring. (Note that products with laser engraving request cannot be returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges of products with personalised laser engraving)
How many characters can be laser engraved?
We can laser engrave as many characters as you would like but we suggest that the characters be 31 including spaces. This is so because too much will greatly affect the readability of the engraving. Too ensure readability from our experience the maximum characters including spaces should be 31.
Do you accept Return and Exchange?
We accept returns only if: Damaged Product & Shipping Error
Please email/text me immediately. Exchanges and returns will be accepted within 7 days from the time of your receipt of your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom order jewelry purchases. Jewelry with laser engraving, custom logos, initials, or branded items are non -returnable unless the product was received damaged upon receipt or there is a shipping error on our part.
