General Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Meets or exceeds the area’s line and revenue targets through the establishment and effective implementation of Sales and Marketing directions, business and programs.
2. Leads Sales and Marketing Cluster unit in developing and expanding the market through development and effective implementation of area specific market, plans and programs.
3. Contributes to the strategic and tactical activities of higher management by regularly providing updated and accurate information on sales performance, market trends and business opportunities in the area.
4. Responsible for the over-all operations of the company.
5. Supervise and motivates staff to meet goals and objectives.
6. Work hand in hand with other departments to ensure that the whole organization works efficiently and effectively in delivering profitability targets.
7.  Maintains highest customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Five (5) years of equivalent managerial experience preferably in the distributionship or sales industry.
2. Excellent computer and analytical skills.
3. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
4. Familiar with distributorship process, executions and deliverables.
5. Excellent in strategic planning expertise.
6. Proven success in leading the organization towards achieving sales targets and another deliverables.
7. Experienced team builder and participant.
8. Experience in receivable management and delivering profitability targets.
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to motivate and lead a diverse work force to achieve desired results.
10. Knowledge and the ability to lead team to constant organizational improvement.
