1.      Completely filled out application form

2.      Photocopy of latest ITR/ form 2316

3.     Photocopy of ID issued by the employer with photo and signature

4.      Photocpy of one ( 1 ) month latest pay slip

                   ( original copy will be required prior to loan release)

6.   Atleast 23 to 60 years old upon maturity.
