WANTED: MEDICAL LECTURER

Medical Lecturer – Medical Transcription (Code: MLMT-MTC)
(Dasmarinas, Cavite)

Responsibilities:

• part-time; with a degree of MD or a masteral degree in allied medical sciences from a reputable school preferred; with teaching experience and can teach medical subjects like surgery, pharmacology, and health care records to non-medical students; versatile with MS Office; willing to work in Dasmarinas, Cavite

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine degree. Must have at least 18 units in education, preferably with 3 units of instructional leadership. Must be willing to undergo postgraduate education units if without an MD or MA.
• Must have at least one year successful teaching experience
• Possesses technology skills including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, the Internet, and E-mail.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine, surgery, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology, and the various medical specialties as required in areas of responsibility
• Excellent listening skills.
• Able to use designated reference materials
• Able to communicate and motivate
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent English grammar skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work under pressure with time constraints
• Participates in a positive and cooperative manner
• Handles difficult and sensitive situations tactfully
