Greetings! Our company is marketing EastWest Silver and Gold Mastercardand we would like to invite everyone who is interested in availing. Please find below the requirements:

For those with existing credit card with other bank/s (credit limit above 20,000.00 and card is active for more than a year). Latest statement of account with other credit card needed.

without existing credit card:  You may fax or email requirements or arrange for a pick up of original documents. For original documents, you may also mail them to our office address. (Unit 504 GC Corporate Plaza, 150 Legaspi St. , Legaspi Village , Makati City )

1.        Valid id (company id, passport, prc id, sss/gsis, voter’s, driver’s license)

2.        Proof of Income 

2.1.For employed - a. latest ITR (can be fax copy) b. original coe or latest  one  month payslip  c. original bank certificate and copy of statement for 3 months

2.2. For self employed – a. Business Registration papers with latest ITR & Audited FS received by BIR  b.Copy of last 2 months credit card statement c.... Original bank certificate and copy of statement for 3 months

3.        Proof of billing (water, electricity, insurance, cable, etc)

-          should be under name of applicant
