Course Description

This five day instructor led course enables delegates to gather customers internetworking requirements, identify solutions, and design the network infrastructure and elements to ensure the basic functionality of the proposed solutions. 
 
This course is intended for delegates seeking the Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) certification and those individuals targeting towards the CCDP (Cisco Certified Design Professional) certification. The course is also targeted at pre-sales and post-sales network engineers involved in the network design, planning and implementation. 
 
Upon completion of this course, the delegate will be able to:

• Assess the customer requirements and the customers' existing situation
• Design a network addressing plan
• Select optimal routing protocols for the network
• Recognize network security and management criteria for the network
• Design the Enterprise network in a hierarchical modular fashion
• Assess and plan the design implications of voice transport across the network
• Explain the network design and its impact to the customer

Course pre-requisites:

Delegates are required to have completed the following course, exam or have equivalent knowledge:-

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
