LOOKING FOR IDLE LAND - JOINT VENTURE

JATROPHA PLANTATION

Greetings!

We invite land owners for joint venture projects with Globe Esqtate..

Following are details of the project:

TWENTY FIVE YEARS JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT:

Product share of the harvest                :        Php 1.50/ kilo for the landowner/farmer or people's organization.

Labor compensation for each worker/farmer    :        Php 250 daily wage.  ( based on minimum salary in the are ) 
Payroll will be paid weekly.

       (male and female is acceptable)

Workers should submit the following document to qualify as planter/ worker in the plantation:

                 a.    Biodata                          d.    Baranggay and police clearance

                 b.    Copy of SSS ID                e.    Must be at least 18 years old

                 c.    BIR TIN ID                     f.    Three peices 2x2 pictures

For COMMUNITY BASED FOREST MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (CBFMA),  SOCIALIZE INDUSTRIAL FOREST MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (SIFMA) AND INDUSTRIAL FOREST MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (IFMA) holders,  the following requirements should be submitted:

       1.    Lot plan and vicinity map / pictures with access road.

       2.    Community Tax Certificate of authorized representative of the organization.
       3.        Certified true copy of the tenural instrument signed with the DENR. (Original    

   agreements/Certifications).
  4.        Certified true copy of SEC Registration and Articles of  Incorporation         By Laws of the organization.

   5.        Certification from the DENR stating the claimants' legitimacy and that property

          is alienable and disposable.

Upon completion of requirements,  we will sign an agreement with the organization you represent for the joint venture product sharing for 25 years renewable. After which,  our company will accompany the investors to your site.  Within two weeks,  the principal contractor planter will come in to develop the nursery.  Within 30 to 45 days of nursery planting,  the planters will start the actual transplanting of the Jathropa plants in the subject area.  Prior to the actual planting work,  We will give a FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 500,000) HARVEST SHARE ADVANCE per one thousand hectare site to the organization.  It is targeted that harvest will come on the tenth month for which the product sharing bonus will be weighed.  Within ten working days from actual weighing,   the company will remit to the claim holders the product share. The harvest rotation is every eight months with an initial target of 2,000 kilos per hectare and will grow as the Jathropa plants mature.  It is projected that the weight of the hearvest will double starting the third year. The manpower requirement will be 80 per one thousand hectares.  We hope to provide the documents and sign the agreement the soonest possible time.

FOR PRIVATE SINGLE AND MULTIPLE TITLE HOLDERS:

·        Certified true copy of  TCT/OCT from the Registry of Deeds

·        Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration

·        Latest tax receipt

·        Property lot plan and vicinity map with pictures of access road.

·        Community Tax Certificate of owners or signatories.

·        Notarized Special Power of Attorney in case signatory is other than the owner.

FOR COPERATIVES:     Same as the above plus the Certified True Copy of

      Cooperative Development Authority Registration certificate  

      and Memorandum and articles of Association
