This role will be responsible in managing and maintaining the facilities operation including environmental and safety aspect in Cebu, Alabang and any other Teradyne Philippines offices. The responsibilities will include developing and administering the facilities maintenance as well as environmental & safety policies and programs. Other responsibilities also include developing and maintaining a close liaison with key internal groups including corporate E&S, Facilities and EIT etc. to ensure that facilities maintenance programs and E&S policies and procedures are in place and within company guidelines and local business needs. The role is likewise expected to coordinate, supervise and manage all improvement works and renovation projects in Cebu and other locations as well as supervise the facilities team in Cebu or in-house contracted electrician, cleaners and security guards and administrative works for telecommunication, IT and security system and co-ordinate real estate/apartment leases/service contracts.
Education/Training/Skills/Experience Required:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management /Mechanical and Electrical/Civil Engineering/Architectural with minimum 5 years of responsible facilities experience or supervisory role in a multinational environment.
