-High School/ College Diploma and Transcript of Records
-Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate (personal and dependents)
- Pag-Ibig and Philhealth Nos.
- SSS E1/E4
- 4 ID pictures
-Guard's License
-Clearance from: PNP/DILG, NBI, Baranggay, Court Judicial, BIR (TRU) & 2305 and Police
-Physical Clearance with Xray and Medical Certificate
-Drug Test
-Training Certificate and GRE Results
-Clearance from previous employer
-Neuro Psych Exam Results and Honesty Test
