We consider internship as direct patient care.  It is upon the discretion of the facility to sponsor some who have limited clinical experience. In reality, they prefer those who they can train/work according to their needs in their respective health facilities. We have applicants who are now in the U.S. working, who just graduated and have NO clinical experiences. If any of our applicants would want to volunteer their time in the hospital to gain more clinical experience, that's fine. We can include their hands-on experience.later on their file/record.
