POLICY/RULES/REGULATIONS/AMENITIES
- Free Electric and Water (excluding refrigerator, aircon, electric stove and pc) Addtnl. payment for those kind of appliances.
- Strictly NO REFUND
- 1 month advance and 1 month deposit (We can understand if you cannot pay the advance yet if you're still a newbie working here - but be sure to pay us on your 1st pay day.(Surely 15th day of work)
- You must have duplicate keys for the MAIN GATE and your ROOM'S door (Duplicate fees are shoulder to the tenant).
- No Curfew HOURS - but still for safety we are closing the MAINGATE 1am and opening it at 5am for security purpose. (That's the reason why we want tenants to have duplicate keys, So that they can go out anytime they want)
- We don't discriminate GAYS/BI's/MAN/WOMAN in one room (As long as you ARE literate and accept yourselves to be together and you are paying your rent on time then everything else would be fine)
- PAY YOUR RENT ON time.
- We have a small CANTEEN and a BAKERY (You could make your own credit line if you still have no budget for your daily food - but again be sure as soon as you receive your salary/allowances then please pay us a.s.a.p.
- Broadminded LandLORDS and Caretakers will entertain you everyday for all of your request.

- We are not responsible for any LOST/RUINED OF your PROPERTY - so be sure all your important/expensive stuffs must be kept properly.

- MotorCYCLES can park inside - but don't block the hallway.(keep it near your front door.

- GARBAGE FEE is 100 pesos monthly (per room - per person)

We are accepting reservation/earnest so that if ever couple of rooms are just vacant then we will not entertain inquirers anymore, effective date is when we received your reservation already. Because in 1 week we rarely have max of 2 rooms that are vacant (because of many workers looking for a BOARDING HOUSE) always occupied - that's why make us a reservation first so that we will prepare you for a vacant room a.s.a.p.
Min of 2000 pesos reservation for 1 Room unit and Minimum of 300 pesos Reservation for BEDSPACES.
