Wala pa actually na existing title yung lots, puro tax declaration lang. Yung tax declaration nakapangalan sa mom ko. Kung papagawa ng title, shoulder po ng buyer yung additional expense which is why we're selling the lots in a cheap price. Like I said, wala pang titles available nung binili ng mom ko yung lots because in that province, tax declarations lang yung available at that time. But now, the lands have been surveyed and they're ready to be titled if the buyer wants it to be titled.
